The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit lawlessness,



Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.


God has spoken in His holiness:
“I will exult, I will portion out Shechem and measure out the valley of Succoth.

As for the prophets:
My heart is broken within me,
All my bones tremble;
I have become like a drunken man,
Even like a man overcome with wine,
Because of the Lord
And because of His holy words.








The Lord is righteous in all His ways
And kind in all His deeds.




Now the passage of Scripture which he was reading was this:
He was led as a sheep to slaughter;
And as a lamb before its shearer is silent,
So He does not open His mouth.

And He took with Him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be grieved and distressed. Then He said to them, "My soul is deeply grieved, to the point of death; remain here and keep watch with Me." And He went a little beyond them, and fell on His face and prayed, saying, "My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; yet not as I will, but as You will."


For zeal for Your house has consumed me,
And the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me.


But I am a worm and not a man,
A reproach of men and despised by the people.

For even Christ did not please Himself; but as it is written, “The reproaches of those who reproached You fell on Me.”



For who is greater, the one who reclines at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who reclines at the table? But I am among you as the one who serves.

For assuredly He does not give help to angels, but He gives help to the descendant of Abraham.






In the days of His flesh, He offered up both prayers and supplications with loud crying and tears to the One able to save Him from death, and He was heard because of His piety.



"For this reason the Father loves Me, because I lay down My life so that I may take it again. "No one has taken it away from Me, but I lay it down on My own initiative I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again This commandment I received from My Father."


Is not this the carpenter’s son? Is not His mother called Mary, and His brothers, James and Joseph and Simon and Judas?

We know that God has spoken to Moses, but as for this man, we do not know where He is from.”



then He said, “Behold, I have come to do Your will.” He takes away the first in order to establish the second.


So Jesus, perceiving that they were intending to come and take Him by force to make Him king, withdrew again to the mountain by Himself alone.



Then it happened that as Jesus was reclining at the table in the house, behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and were dining with Jesus and His disciples. When the Pharisees saw this, they said to His disciples, "Why is your Teacher eating with the tax collectors and sinners?"


Then Jesus arrived from Galilee at the Jordan coming to John, to be baptized by him. But John tried to prevent Him, saying, "I have need to be baptized by You, and do You come to me?" But Jesus answering said to him, "Permit it at this time; for in this way it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he permitted Him.


Joseph also went up from Galilee, from the city of Nazareth, to Judea, to the city of David which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and family of David, in order to register along with Mary, who was engaged to him, and was with child. And she gave birth to her firstborn son; and she wrapped Him in cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.


Then He *poured water into the basin, and began to wash the disciples’ feet and to wipe them with the towel with which He was girded.




Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise, exalt and honor the King of heaven, for all His works are true and His ways just, and He is able to humble those who walk in pride.”

The works of His hands are truth and justice;
All His precepts are sure.






For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes; therefore also through Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us.


You will give truth to Jacob
And unchanging love to Abraham,
Which You swore to our forefathers
From the days of old.


All the paths of the Lord are lovingkindness and truth
To those who keep His covenant and His testimonies.


The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever;
The judgments of the Lord are true; they are righteous altogether.


He will send from heaven and save me;
He reproaches him who tramples upon me. Selah.
God will send forth His lovingkindness and His truth.


And they *sang the song of Moses, the bond-servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying,
Great and marvelous are Your works,
O Lord God, the Almighty;
Righteous and true are Your ways,
King of the nations!


And I heard the altar saying, “Yes, O Lord God, the Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments.”
