For the Scripture says, "Whosoever believes on Him shall not be put to shame." For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the Same One is Lord of all, being rich toward all who call upon Him; for, "Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, meekness, continence; against such there is no law. And those who are of Christ Jesus crucified the flesh with the passions and desires. read more.
If we live by the Spirit, by the Spirit let us also walk.

See that no one render to any one evil for evil; but always pursue that which is good, toward one another, and toward all. Rejoice always: pray without ceasing. read more.
In everything give thanks; for this is God's will in Christ Jesus respecting you. Quench not the Spirit. Despise not prophesyings; but prove all things, hold fast that which is good. Was not Abraham, our father, justified by works, when he offered up Isaac his son on the altar? You see that faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith perfected; and the Scripture was fulfilled which says, "And Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him for righteousness"; and he was called "God's Friend." Ye see that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. And, in like manner, was not also Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she received the messengers, and sent them out by another way? For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so faith apart from works is dead.

Faithful is the saying; for, if we died with Him, we shall also live with Him; if we endure, we shall also reign with Him; if we deny Him, He will also deny us;

"And to the angel of the assembly in Smyrna write these things," saith the First and the Last, Who became dead, and lived: "I know your tribulation, and your poverty (but you are rich), and the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews, and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. But what things were gain to me, these I accounted loss for Christ.
