Leviticus 5:2-13

Or if he touches the uncleanness of man, whatever uncleanness it is that a man shall be defiled with, and it is hid from him, if afterward he should know of it, then he shall be guilty. Leviticus 11:8

Of their flesh ye shall not eat, and their carcase you shall not touch: they are unclean to you.
