Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
And thou shalt do that which is right and good in the sight of the LORD: that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest go in and possess the good land which the LORD swore to thy fathers,
For it is better, if the will of God is so, that ye suffer for well-doing, than for evil-doing.
For what glory is it, if, when ye are buffeted for your faults, ye bear it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye bear it patiently, this is acceptable with God.

Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thy hand to do it.
For when the Gentiles, who have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these having not the law, are a law to themselves.
All things have I seen in the days of my vanity: there is a just man that perisheth in his righteousness, and there is a wicked man that prolongeth his life in his wickedness.
He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he who is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power; do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise from the same:
