Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ;

and by him everyone who believes is justified from all things, from which you could not be justified by the Law of Moses.

But now apart from the law, a righteousness of God has been revealed, being testified by the Law and the Prophets; even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ to all those who believe. For there is no distinction,

For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.

yet knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the law, because no flesh will be justified by the works of the law.

But I tell you that every idle word that men speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment. For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned."

Even as Abraham "believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness." Know therefore that those who are of faith, the same are children of Abraham. So then, those who are of faith are blessed with the faithful Abraham. For as many as are of the works of the law are under a curse. For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from the works of the law. Or is God the God of Jews only? Is not he the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also, since indeed there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith, and the uncircumcised through faith.

For it is not the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law will be justified

For the Lord GOD will help me; therefore I have not been confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be disappointed. He is near who justifies me; who will bring charges against me? Let us stand up together: who is my adversary? Let him come near to me.

Who could bring a charge against God's chosen ones? It is God who justifies.

He who says to the wicked, "You are righteous;" peoples shall curse him, and nations shall abhor him?

He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the righteous, both of them alike are an abomination to the LORD.

Woe to those who are mighty to drink wine, and champions at mixing strong drink; who acquit the guilty for a bribe, but deny justice for the innocent.

The man said, "The woman whom you gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate."

For since the creation of the world his invisible attributes, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made. So they are without excuse.

Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.

who was delivered up for our trespasses, and was raised for our justification.
