If any one love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be made a curse.

For the Son of man will come in the glory of his father, with his angels, and then he will recompense every one according to his practice.

Watch therefore, for ye know not at what hour your Lord cometh: but this ye know, that if the master of the house had known at what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broke open: therefore be ye also ready; for the Son of man cometh at a time that ye think not of.

for whosoever shall be ashamed of me, and of my words, in this degenerate and sinful age, of him will the Son of man be also ashamed, when He cometh in the glory of his Father, with the holy angels.

For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when He comes in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels.

And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity, the sea and the waves roring: and men ready to die for fear and apprehension of the things that are coming upon the land; for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming, as on a cloud, with power and great glory.

And as I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to myself, that where I am, ye may also be.

And having said these things, as they were looking upon Him, He was lifted up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And while they were looking stedfastly toward heaven, as He went up, behold two men in white stood by them; who said, Ye men of Galilee, why do ye stand gazing up to heaven? This Jesus who is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in the manner ye have seen Him going into heaven.

so that ye are deficient in no gift, expecting the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ: who will also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ;

from whence also we expect the Saviour, our Lord Jesus Christ: who will change our vile body,

Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.

and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus who delivereth us from the wrath to come.

But I would not have you ignorant, my brethren, concerning those that are fallen asleep, that ye may not be grieved like others who have no hope: for if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, so also those, that sleep in Jesus, will God bring with Him. For this we tell you in the word of the Lord, that we who shall be living and remain to the coming of the Lord, shall not be before those that are asleep.read more.
For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with acclamation, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first; then we who are living and remain, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we for ever be with the Lord.

But of the times and seasons, brethren, ye have no need of my writing to you: for ye yourselves know full well, that the day of the Lord cometh like a thief in the night.
