For such fellows are sham apostles of Christ. No wonder! for Satan himself disguises himself as an angel of light. It is no great marvel, then, if his ministers also disguise themselves as ministers of righteousness. Their end will be according to their works.
For these precepts, although they have a show of wisdom with their self-imposed devotions and fastings and bodily austerities, are of no real value against the indulgence of the carnal appetites.
Do not neglect to show hospitality; for by it some have even entertained angels unawares.

For the real Jew is not the man who is one outwardly, and the real circumcision is not outward in the flesh; but the real Jew is one inwardly, and real circumcision is heart??ircumcision, spiritual, not literal, praised not by men, but by God.
Your adornment ought not to be the outward adornment of plaited hair and golden jewels and the wearing of beautiful dresses; but rather that hidden personality of the heart, the imperishable ornament of a quiet and gentle spirit, which in the sight of God is indeed precious.
