All your works will praise you, O Yahweh, and your faithful ones will bless you. They will speak of the glory of your kingdom, and talk of your power, to make known to the children of humankind his mighty deeds, and the glory of the majesty of his kingdom.

and said to them, "Thus it is written [that] the Christ would suffer and would rise from the dead on the third day, and repentance and the forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in his name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these [things].

Then on that day David first appointed to give thanks to Yahweh by the hand of Asaph and his brothers. Give thanks to Yahweh; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the nations! Sing to him; sing praises to him; tell of his wondrous works!

My mouth will tell of your righteousness, your salvation {all day long}, though I do not know [the full] sum [of them].

Now the centurion and those with him who were guarding Jesus, [when they] saw the earthquake and the things that took place, were extremely frightened, saying, "Truly this man was God's Son!"

And [when] the centurion who was standing opposite him saw that he expired like this, he said, "Truly this man was God's Son!"

Now [when] the centurion saw what had happened, he began to praise God, saying, "Certainly this man was righteous!"

On the next day again John was standing [there], and two of his disciples, and looking at Jesus [as he] was walking by, he said, "Look! The Lamb of God!"

"Come, see a man who told me everything I have ever done! Perhaps this one is the Christ?"

And Jesus approached [and] spoke to them, saying, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go [and] make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

And you will say on that day, "Give thanks to Yahweh; call on his name. Make his deeds known among the peoples; bring to remembrance that his name [is] exalted. Sing praises [to] Yahweh, for he has done a glorious thing; this [is] known in all the earth.

And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed in the whole inhabited earth for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.

And the gospel must first be proclaimed to all the nations.

But you will receive power [when] the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the farthest part of the earth."

But the Lord said to him, "Go, because this man is my chosen instrument to carry my name before Gentiles and kings and the sons of Israel. For I will show him how much he must suffer for the sake of my name."

A man came, sent from God, {whose name was} John. This one came for a witness, in order that he could testify about the light, so that all would believe through him. That one was not the light, but [came] in order that he could testify about the light.

And the word of Yahweh came to me, {saying}, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you came out from [the] womb I consecrated you; I appointed you [as] a prophet to the nations." Then I said, "Ah, Lord Yahweh! Look, I do not know [how] to speak, for I [am] a youth."read more.
But Yahweh said to me, "You must not say, 'I [am] a youth,' for to {whomever} I send you, you will go, and {whatever} I command you, you will speak. {Do not be afraid of them}, for I [am] with you to deliver you," {declares} Yahweh. Then Yahweh stretched out his hand and he touched my mouth, and Yahweh said to me, "Look, I have put my words in your mouth.

"And you, son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; if you hear a word from my mouth, then you must warn them from me. {When I say} to the wicked, 'Wicked [one], you will certainly die,' and you {did not speak} to warn [the] wicked from his way, he, [the] wicked, will die by his guilt, but his blood I will seek from your hand. But, you, if you warn [the] wicked from his way, to turn from it, and {he does not turn} from his way, he will die by his guilt, and you will have saved your life.

"Get up! Go to the great city Nineveh and cry out against her, because their evil has come up {before me}."

John testified about him and cried out, saying, "This one was [he about] whom I said, 'The one who comes after me is ahead of me, because he existed before me.'"

To this one all the prophets testify, [that] through his name everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins."

Then Pilate said to him, "So then you are a king!" Jesus replied, "You say that I am a king. For this [reason] I was born, and for this reason I have come into the world: in order that I can testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears my voice."

The one who comes from above is over all. The one who is from the earth is from the earth and speaks from the earth; the one who comes from heaven is over all. What he has seen and heard, this he testifies, and no one accepts his testimony. The one who accepts his testimony has attested that God is true.read more.
For [the one] whom God sent speaks the words of God, for he does not give the Spirit by measure.

and from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To the one who loves us and released us from our sins by his blood

"And to the angel of the church in Laodicea write: "This is what the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the originator of God's creation, says:

And with great power the apostles were giving testimony [to] the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was on them all.

This Jesus God raised up, of which we all are witnesses.

And we [are] witnesses of all [the things] that he did both in the land of the Judeans and in Jerusalem, whom they also executed [by] hanging [him] on a tree. God raised this one up on the third day and granted [that] he should become visible, not to all the people but to us who had been chosen beforehand by God [as] witnesses, who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead.read more.
And he commanded us to preach to the people and to testify solemnly that this one is the one appointed by God [as] judge of the living and of the dead.

But God raised him from the dead, who appeared for many days to those who had come up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem--who are now his witnesses to the people.

What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and our hands have touched, concerning the word of life-- and the life was revealed, and we have seen and testify and announce to you the eternal life which was with the Father and was revealed to us-- what we have seen and heard, we announce to you also, in order that you also may have fellowship with us, and indeed our fellowship [is] with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ.

Therefore, do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord, nor me his prisoner, but suffer along with [me] for the gospel, according to the power of God,

And Philip came down to the city of Samaria [and] began proclaiming the Christ to them.

And he himself gave some [as] apostles and some [as] prophets and some [as] evangelists and some [as] pastors and teachers

But you [are] a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for [God's] possession, so that you may proclaim the virtues of the one who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light,

but set Christ apart [as] Lord in your hearts, always ready to [make] a defense to anyone who asks you [for] an accounting concerning the hope [that is] in you.

I will wash my hands in innocence, and I will walk about your altar, O Yahweh, to declare with a voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all your wondrous deeds.

Give thanks to Yahweh, for [he is] good, for his loyal love [is] forever. Let the redeemed of Yahweh declare [it], [those] whom he has redeemed from [the] hand of [the] enemy

"You [are] my witnesses," {declares} Yahweh, "and my servant whom I have chosen so that you may know and believe {in} me and understand that I [am] he. No god was formed before {me}, and none shall be after me.

You must not tremble, and you must not be paralyzed with fear. Have I not made you hear from of old and declared [it], and you [are] my witnesses? Is there a god besides me? And there is no rock! I know none!"

How delightful on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who announces peace, who brings good news, who announces salvation, who says to Zion, "Your God reigns as a king."

Now those who had been scattered went about proclaiming the good news [of] the word.

that if you confess with your mouth "Jesus [is] Lord" and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses, resulting in salvation.

"Therefore everyone who acknowledges me before people, I also will acknowledge him before my Father [who is] in heaven. But whoever denies me before people, I also will deny him before my Father [who is] in heaven.

For whoever is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will also be ashamed of him when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels."

"And I tell you, everyone who acknowledges me before people, the Son of Man also will acknowledge him before the angels of God, but the one who denies me before people will be denied before the angels of God.

But [because we] have the same spirit of faith in accordance with [what is] written, "I believed, therefore I spoke," we also believe, therefore we also speak,

Everyone who denies the Son does not have the Father [either]; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also.

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God resides in him and he in God.

And Simon Peter answered [and] said, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God!"

And he asked them, "But who do you say [that] I am?" Peter answered [and] said to him, "You are the Christ!"

And he said to them, "But who do you say [that] I am?" And Peter answered [and] said, "The Christ of God."

And they went hurrying and found both Mary and Joseph, and the baby who was lying in the manger. And [when they] saw [it], they made known the statement that had been told to them about this child.

Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter, was one of the two who heard John and followed him. This one first found his own brother Simon and said to him, "We have found the Messiah!" (which is translated "Christ"). He brought him to Jesus. Looking at him, Jesus said, "You are Simon the son of John. You will be called Cephas" (which is interpreted "Peter").

Nathanael answered him, "Rabbi, you are the Son of God! You are the king of Israel!"

She said to him, "Yes, Lord, I have believed that you are the Christ, the Son of God, who comes into the world."

Thomas answered and said to him, "My Lord and my God!"

I will mention the loyal love of Yahweh, the praises of Yahweh, according to all that Yahweh has done for us, and [the] greatness of goodness to the house of Israel that he has done to them according to his mercy and the abundance of his loyal love.

Come [and] hear, all you God-fearers, and I will tell what he has done for me.

Yahweh has brought forth our vindication. Come and let us make known in Zion the work of Yahweh our God.

It is pleasing to me to recount the signs and wonders that the Most High God worked for me.

And [as] Jesus was going away from there, two blind men followed him, crying out and saying, "Have mercy on us, Son of David!" And [when he] came into the house, the blind men approached him, and Jesus said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" They said to him, "Yes, Lord." Then he touched their eyes, saying, "According to your faith let it be done for you."read more.
And their eyes were opened, and Jesus sternly warned them, saying, "See [that] no one finds out." But they went out [and] spread the report about him in that whole region.

And a leper came to him, entreating him and kneeling down, saying to him, "If you are willing, you are able to make me clean." And becoming angry, he stretched out his hand [and] touched [him], and said to him, "I am willing; be made clean." And immediately the leprosy went away from him and he was made clean.read more.
And warning him sternly, he sent him away at once. And he said to him, "See to it that you say nothing to anyone, but go, show yourself to the priest and bring for your cleansing [the things] which Moses commanded, for a testimony to them. But he went out [and] began to proclaim [it] freely and to spread abroad the account, so that he was no longer able to enter publicly into a town. But he was staying outside in deserted places, and they were coming to him from all directions.

Then that man replied, "Whether he is a sinner I do not know. One [thing] I know--that [although I] was blind, now I see!"

For we are not able to refrain from speaking about [the things] that we have seen and heard."
