the descendants of Rezin, the descendants of Nekoda, the descendants of Gazzam,

the descendants of Uzza, the descendants of Paseah, the descendants of Besai,

the descendants of Asnah, the descendants of Meunim, the descendants of Nephisim,

the descendants of Bakbuk, the descendants of Hakupha, the descendants of Harhur,

the descendants of Bazluth, the descendants of Mehida, the descendants of Harsha,

the descendants of Barkos, the descendants of Sisera, the descendants of Temah,

the descendants of Neziah, and the descendants of Hatipha.

The descendants of Solomon's servants: the descendants of Sotai, the descendants of Hassophereth, the descendants of Peruda,

the descendants of Jaalah, the descendants of Darkon, the descendants of Giddel,

the descendants of Shephatiah, the descendants of Hattil, the descendants of Pochereth-hazzebaim, and the descendants of Ami.

All the temple servants and the descendants of Solomon's servants were three hundred and ninety-two.

the descendants of Delaiah, the descendants of Tobiah, and the descendants of Nekoda, six hundred and fifty-two.

And from the descendants of the priests: the descendants of Habaiah, the descendants of Hakkoz, and the descendants of Barzillai (who took a wife from the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite, and was called by their name).

From the descendants of Phinehas: Gershom. From the descendants of Ithamar: Daniel. From the descendants of David: Hattush.

From the descendants of Shecaniah, from the descendants of Parosh: Zechariah and with him one hundred and fifty registered males.

From the descendants of Pahath-Moab: Eliehoenai son of Zerahiah and with him two hundred males.

From the descendants of [Zattu]: Shecaniah son of Jahaziel, and with him three hundred males.

From the descendants of Adin: Ebed son of Jehonathan, and with him fifty males.

From the descendants of Elam: Jeshaiah son of Athaliah, and with him seventy males.

From the descendants of Shephatiah: Zebadiah son of Michael, and with him eighty males.

From the descendants of Joab: Obadiah son of Jehiel, and with him two hundred and eighteen males.

From the descendants of [Bani]: Shelomith son of Josiphiah, and with him one hundred and sixty males.

From the descendants of Bebai: Zechariah son of Bebai, and with him twenty-eight males.

From the descendants of Azgad: Jehohanan son of Haqqatan, and with him one hundred and ten males.

From the descendants of Adonikam, those who came last, these were their names: Eliphelet, Jeiel, Shemaiah, and with them sixty males.

From the descendants of Bigvai: Uthai son of Zabud, and with him seventy males.

the descendants of Parosh, two thousand one hundred and seventy-two.

The temple servants: the descendants of Ziha, the descendants of Hasupha, the descendants of Tabbaoth,

the descendants of Keros, the descendants of Siaha, the descendants of Padon,

the descendants of Lebanah, the descendants of Hagaba, the descendants of Shalmai,

the descendants of Hanan, the descendants of Giddel, the descendants of Gahar,

the descendants of Reaiah, the descendants of Rezin, the descendants of Nekoda,

the descendants of Gazzam, the descendants of Uzza, the descendants of Paseah,

the descendants of Besai, the descendants of Meunim, the descendants of Nephushesim,

the descendants of Bakbuk, the descendants of Hakupha, the descendants of Harhur,

the descendants of Bazlith, the descendants of Mehida, the descendants of Harsha,

the descendants of Barkos, the descendants of Sisera, the descendants of Temah,

the descendants of Neziah, the descendants of Hatipha.

The descendants of Solomon's servants: the descendants of Sotai, the descendants of Sophereth, the descendants of Perida,

the descendants of Jaala, the descendants of Darkon, the descendants of Giddel,

the descendants of Shephatiah, the descendants of Hattil, the descendants of Pochereth-Hazzebaim, the descendants of Amon.

All the temple servants and the descendants of Solomon's servants were three hundred and ninety-two.

the descendants of Delaiah, the descendants of Tobiah, the descendants of Nekoda, six hundred and forty-two.

And from the priests: the descendants of Hobaiah, the descendants of Hakkoz, the descendants of Barzillai (who had taken as a wife from the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite and was called by their name).

These are the heads of the province who lived in Jerusalem, but in the cities of Judah each one lived on his property in their cities: Israel, the priests, the Levites, the temple servants, and the descendants of Solomon's servants.

And [some] from the descendants of Judah and Benjamin lived in Jerusalem. From the descendants of Judah: Athaiah son of Uzziah, son of Zechariah, son of Amariah, son of Shephatiah, son of Mahalalel, from the descendants of Perez;

All of the descendants of Perez who were living in Jerusalem [were] four hundred and sixty-eight able-bodied men.

These are the descendants of Benjamin: Sallu son of Meshullam, son of Joed, son of Pedaiah, son of Kolaiah, son of Maaseiah, son of Ithiel, son of Jeshaiah.

The chief officer of the Levites in Jerusalem [was] Uzzi son of Bani, son of Hashabiah, son of Mattaniah, son of Mica, from the descendants of Asaph, the singers over the work of the house of God.

And Pethahiah son of Meshezabel, from the descendants of Zerah the son of Judah, [was] at the hand of the king in all matters concerning the people.

As for the villages in their territories, [some] from the descendants of Judah lived in Kiriath-Arba and {its settlements}, Dibon and {its settlements}, Jekabzeel and {its settlements},

The descendants of Benjamin from Geba, Micmash, Aija, Bethel and {their settlements},

The descendants of Levi and the heads of the {families} were recorded in the scroll of the Annals until the days of Jehohanan son of Eliashib.

So all of Israel in the days of Zerubbabel and in the days of Nehemiah gave the daily food portions of the singers and gatekeepers. And they set apart [that which was for] the Levites, and the Levites set apart [that which was for] the descendants of Aaron.

Tyrian men who lived in [Jerusalem] brought fish and every kind of merchandise and sold [it] on the Sabbath to the descendants of Judah and in Jerusalem.

And Haman told Zeresh his wife and all his friends all that had happened to him. And his advisers and Zeresh his wife said to him, "If Mordecai, before whom you have begun to fall, [is] {from the descendants of the Jews}, you will not prevail against him, but will certainly fall before him."

And you shall know that your offspring [are] many, and your descendants like the vegetation of the earth.

the one who makes great victories for his king, and [who] shows loyal love for his anointed, to David and to his descendants forever.

'I will establish your descendants forever, and I will build up your throne {from generation to generation}.'" Selah

The children of your servants will continue, and their {descendants} will be established before you.

O offspring of Abraham his servant, [you] descendants of Jacob, his chosen ones.

and to disperse their {descendants} among the nations and to scatter them among the lands.

Let his descendants be cut off. Let their name be blotted out in [the] next generation.

His {descendants} will be mighty in the land; [the] generation of [the] upright will be blessed.

for you will spread out [to the] right and [to the] left. And your descendants will be heir [to the] nations, and they will inhabit desolate towns.

And their descendants will be known among the nations, and their offspring in the midst of the peoples. All those who see them shall recognize them, that they [are] descendants [whom] Yahweh has blessed.

They shall not labor for nothing, and they shall not give birth to horror, for they {shall be offspring blessed by} Yahweh, and their descendants with them.

"For just as the new heavens and earth that I [am] about to make shall stand before me," {declares} Yahweh, "so shall your descendants and your name stand.
