'Speech' in the Bible
Some people brought him a deaf man who also had a speech impediment. They begged him to lay his hand on him.
The man's hearing and speech were restored at once, and he began to talk normally.
Therefore, at a set time Herod put on his royal robes, sat down on the royal seat, and made a speech to them.
For by him you have become rich in every way in speech and knowledge of every kind
truthful speech, and divine power; through the weapons of righteousness in the right and left hands;

For someone is saying, "His letters are impressive and forceful, but his bodily presence is weak and his speech contemptible."
But now you must also get rid of anger, wrath, malice, slander, obscene speech, and all such sins.
And whatever you do, whether by speech or action, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer everyone.
Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young, but be an example for other believers in your speech, behavior, love, faithfulness, and purity.
Use wholesome speech that cannot be condemned. Then any opponent will be ashamed because he cannot say anything bad about us.
Little children, we must stop expressing love merely by our words and manner of speech; we must love also in action and in truth.
