'Mind' in the Bible

Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heartAnd do not rely on your own insight or understanding.

for he is like someone calculating the cost in his mind. "Eat and drink," he says to you, but his heart is not with you;

The fear of the Lord is the start of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One gives a wise mind

A happy heart is good medicine and a joyful mind causes healing,But a broken spirit dries up the bones.

So that your ear is attentive to [skillful and godly] wisdom,And apply your heart to understanding [seeking it conscientiously and striving for it eagerly];

Wisdom is at rest in the mind of the discerning even fools know this.

Do not focus on her beauty in your mind, nor allow her to take you prisoner with her flirting eyes,

A man is praised for his insight,but a twisted mind is despised.

A fool does not delight in understanding,But only in revealing his own mind.

The sacrifice of the wicked is abomination: how much more, when he bringeth it with a wicked mind?
