Jesus said: Do not touch me for I am not yet ascended to the Father. Go to my brothers, and say to them, I ascend to my Father and you're Father, and my God and your God. (Revelation 3:12)

Both he who sanctifies and they who are sanctified are all from one. For this reason Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers. He says: I will declare your name to my brothers; in the middle of the congregation I will sing praises to you.

I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me: Do not do that. I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers. You have the witness from Jesus: worship God! For the witness from Jesus is the spirit (mind-set) of prophecy.

This means that he had to become like his brothers in every way, in order to be their faithful and merciful High Priest in his service to God, in order to offer a propitiatory sacrifice (pay atonement) (to make reconciliation) for the sins of the people.

Do not be called Rabbi (master) (teacher) (leader), for only one is your teacher. You are all brothers.

This expression went among the brethren, that that disciple should not die. Yet Jesus did not say that he should not die. He only said: If I will that he stay until I come, what is that to you?

what is man that you remember him or the son of man that you take care of him? You made him a little lower than god-like ones (God) (Son of God) (angels). You crowned him with glory and honor. (John 1:18) You made him rule what your hands created. You have put everything under his control:

Who is like Jehovah our God? He is seated on his high throne. He bends down (humbles himself) to look at heaven and earth.

Jehovah, what is man, that you notice him or the son of man, that you regard him!

Jehovah, the Holy God of Israel, the one who shapes the future says: You have no right to question me about my children or to tell me what I ought to do!

When God desired to show more convincingly to the heirs of the promise the unchangeable character of his purpose, he confirmed it with an oath. God did this to offer encouragement so we may rely on the hope offered to us. We have taken refuge in that hope and it is impossible for God to lie. These two things can never be changed.

He will swallow up death forever! The Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces. He will take away the disgrace of His people from the earth. Jehovah has spoken! On that day his people will say: This is our God! We have waited for Him and now He will save us. This is Jehovah. We have waited for Him. Let us rejoice and be glad because He will save us.

For he (Christ) must rule as king until he (God) puts all enemies under his feet (his control). (Psalm 2; 110) (Daniel 2:44) (Revelation 5:10; 20:6) The last enemy to be destroyed will be death. (Revelation 20:14) According to the Scriptures: God has placed all things under his control (subjection). (Ephesians 1:22) But when he said all things are placed under him, it is with the exception of [God]. For [God] is the one who placed all things under him (Christ). (1 Peter 3:22) (John 3:35) read more.
When all things shall be subdued under the Son, then the Son will also be subjected to God who put all things under him, that God may be all in all (ruler over everything).

We see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels and crowned with glory and honor for suffering death. By the grace of God he tasted death for every man. It was appropriate that he, for whom and by whom all things exist, should bring many sons to glory, to make the Chief Agent of their salvation perfect through suffering. He says: I will declare your name to my brothers; in the middle of the congregation I will sing praises to you. And again: I will put my trust in him. And again: Behold, the children that Jehovah has given me. (Isaiah 8:18) Since the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also took part of the same things, that through death he might destroy him that had the power to cause death, [Satan] the Devil.

It is good for me to draw near to God. I have put my trust in Jehovah God, that I may declare all your works.

Give thanks to Jehovah. Call on his name. Make known among the nations what he has done. Sing to him. Make music to praise him. Meditate on all the miracles he has done.

O give thanks to Jehovah! Call upon his name. Make his work known among the people. Sing to him, give praise to him! Declare all his wondrous works.

In that day you will say: Give thanks to Jehovah, call on his name; make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted. Sing to Jehovah, for he has done glorious things. Let this be known to the entire world. Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel among you.

Give ear, O [physical] heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth. My instruction shall drop as the rain; my words shall descend like dew, as the gentle rains on the tender plant, and as the showers on vegetation. I will proclaim the name of Jehovah and ascribe greatness to our God. read more.
He is the Rock! His work is perfect. For all His ways are just. He is a God of faithfulness and without evil. He is just and upright.

Let them give thanks to Jehovah because of his goodness. He performed his miracles for the sons of men. Let them bring songs of thanksgiving as their sacrifice. Let them tell in joyful songs what he has done.

Jehovah says: My people shout, Jehovah has shown that we are in the right. Let us go and tell the people in Jerusalem what Jehovah our God has done.

I will tell my people about your name. I will praise you within the congregation. All who reverence Jehovah, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob honor him! Stand in awe of him, all you descendants of Israel.

Jesus spoke these things and lifted up his eyes to heaven. He said: Father, the hour has come. Glorify your Son, that the son may glorify you. You have given him authority over all flesh that he may give everlasting life to the ones whom you have given him. This is everlasting life that they should have *deep, intimate knowledge of you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have commissioned. *(Greek: ginosko: know, perceive, be sure, understand) read more.
I glorified you on the earth. I accomplished the work you gave me to do. And now, Father, glorify me with you, the glory that I had with you before the world existed. I taught your name to the men whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours and you gave them to me. They have lived by your word. Now they know that all things you gave me are from you. I gave them the words that you gave me. They understood them and knew I came from you. They believed you sent me. I pray for them. I do not pray for the world. I pray only for those you gave me, for they are yours. All things that are mine are yours, and yours are mine and I am glorified in them. I am no more in the world but they are in the world. I come to you Holy Father. Keep them in your name, which you have given to me, that they may be one*, even as we are. *(Greek: heis; united in purpose and love) While I was with them I kept them in your name, which you have given to me. I guarded them, and not one of them perished, except the son of perdition; that the Scripture might be fulfilled. Now I come to you. I spoke these things in the world, that they may have my joy made full in themselves. I gave them your word. The world hated them because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I do not pray that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one. They are not of the world even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them by your truth. Your word is truth. As you commissioned (sent) me into the world, I commissioned (sent) them into the world. I sanctify myself for them, that they may be sanctified by truth. I pray, not for these alone but for those who will believe in me through their word. May they all be united (in agreement) as one. Just as you, Father, are with me, and I am with you. Help them be united with us! That way the world may believe that you sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me in order that they may be one even as we are one. I with them, and you with me, that they may accomplish complete unity. That way the world may know that you sent me and that you love them just as you love me. Father, I desire that these whom you gave me may be with me where I am. I want them to see the glory you have given me. For you loved me before the creation of the world. Righteous Father, the world has not known you. I know you and those you sent me know you. I have made your name known, and will make it known. That way your love for me may be with them and I may be with them.

So Jehovah God said to the serpent: Because you have done this you are cursed above all the livestock and all the wild animals! You will crawl on your belly and you will eat dust all the days of your life. And I will put enmity (hostility) (hatred) between you and the woman, and between your offspring (seed) and hers. He will bruise (overwhelm) (crush) you in the head, and you will bruise (overwhelm) (crush) him in the heel. (Romans 16:20)

All who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For you have not received a spirit of bondage again causing fear, but you have received a spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Father, Father! (Chaldee: Abba, meaning father). The Spirit itself (Greek:autos ho pneuma) (itself the Spirit) bears witness with our spirit (mind and heart), that we are children of God. read more.
If children, then heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ. If indeed we suffer with him we may also be glorified with him.

Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers: for what fellowship does righteousness have with lawlessness? Or what communion does light have with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? And what agreement does a temple of God have with idols? We are the temple of the living God. While Jesus was yet speaking to the crowds, his mother and his brothers stood nearby. They wanted to speak to him. Someone told Jesus: Look, your mother and your brothers stand nearby seeking to speak to you. But he answered: Who is my mother? Who are my brothers? read more.

The secret of godliness is great and it is without controversy. 'He (Jesus Christ) was manifested (revealed) in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, and seen by angels. He preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, and received up in glory.'

You were once far off but now with Christ Jesus, the blood of Christ has brought you near. For he is our peace, who made both (Jews and Gentiles) one, and broke down the middle barrier of partition. Christ abolished in his flesh the enmity (ill will), which the law of commandments contained in ordinances. That [way] he might create one new man, out of the two, with himself establishing peace. read more.
So he reconciled them both in one body to God through the stake. He put to death the enmity (antagonism) (hostility).

All things are from God who reconciled us to himself through Christ. He gave the ministry of reconciliation to us. God was reconciling the world to himself through Christ. He was not imputing their trespasses against them, for he had committed the word of reconciliation to us. We are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making entreaty through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ that you be reconciled to God. read more.
He made the one who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf. That way we might become the righteousness of God in him.

While we were yet weak, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die. Perhaps for the good man some one would even dare to die. But God demonstrates (commends) his own love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. read more.
Much more, now justified by his blood, we will be saved from the wrath of God through him. While we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son. Being reconciled, we will be saved by his life. We also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation (restoration) (atonement) (divine favor).

The Law is a shadow of the good things to come. It is not the actual things. The continual yearly sacrifices can never make those who worship perfect. If it could, it would cease to be offered. Once the worshipers were cleansed they would have no awareness of sin anymore. These sacrifices are an annual reminder of sin. read more.
It is not possible for the blood of bulls and of goats to take away sins. When Christ came into the world he said: 'Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but you have prepared a body for me. You have no pleasure in burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin.' Then I said: 'I have come in the scroll of the book. It is written about me, to do your will, O God.' Then he said: You did not want nor did you approve of sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin; which are offered by the Law. He also said: I come to do your will, O God. He takes away the first in order to establish the second. We are sanctified by his will through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. Every priest stands daily, serving and offering time after time the same sacrifices. Yet they can never take away sins. But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God, waiting until his enemies are placed as a stool for his feet. With one offering he has perfected those who are sanctified forever.

Give thanks to the Father, who made us partakers of the inheritance of the holy ones in the light. He rescued us from the power of darkness, and transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of his love (the Son he dearly loves). We have in him our redemption and the forgiveness of our sins. read more.
He is the image (likeness) (representation) of the invisible God. He is the firstborn (Greek: prototokos: childbirth, offspring) of all creation. All things in the heavens and upon the earth where created through him. The things visible and invisible were created through him. Whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers; all things have been created through him, and for him. He is before all things, and through him all things originate. He is the head of the body, the congregation. He is the beginning (commencement), the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence (first place). It was the good pleasure of the Father that in him all the fullness should dwell. And all things are reconciled through him. He made peace through the blood of his atonement (of the stake). He reconciles all things, whether things upon the earth, or things in heaven. You were in the past alienated and enemies because your minds were on your evil works. But he (Christ) reconciled you in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and without blemish and without accusation before Him (God).
