The eyes of Jehovah (God) are upon the righteous. His ears hear their prayers. But the face (person) of Jehovah is against those who do evil.
Remember, the eye of Jehovah is on those who respect him, on those who hope for his loving-kindness. It is on those who deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine.
Jehovah's eyes watch over righteous people. His ears hear their cry for help.
He will not allow your foot to slip. He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. Jehovah is your keeper. Jehovah is your shade on your right hand.
When you spread out your hands in prayer, I will hide my eyes from you. Even though you offer many prayers, I will not listen because your hands are full of blood.
