How long shall I seek counsel in my soul, and be so vexed in my heart? How long shall mine enemies triumph over me?

Do not be so distant from me, for trouble is at hand; indeed, there is no deliverer.

I say to the proud, "Do not be proud," and to the wicked, "Do not be so confident of victory!
