And they departed and got them into the mountains, and there abode three days until the pursuers were returned. And the pursuers sought throughout all the way and found them not.

And when all the people were full circumcised, they abode still in their places in the host till they were whole.

And the sun abode, and the moon stood still, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of the righteous, how that the sun abode in the midst of heaven and hasted not to go down by the space of a whole day?
