There went a great company with him, and he turned and said unto them,

And the Jews' Easter was even at hand; And Jesus went up to Jerusalem,
The woman then left her water pot behind her, and went her way into the city, and said to the men there,
After two days, he departed thence, and went away into Galilee.

But as soon as his brethren were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast: not openly, but as it were privily.
In the midst of the feast, Jesus went up into the temple, and taught.
And as soon as they heard that, they went out one by one, the eldest first. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

and went again into the judgment hall, and said unto Jesus, "Whence art thou?" But Jesus gave him none answer.
And he bare his cross, and went forth into a place called the place of dead men's skulls: which is named in Hebrew, Golgotha:
Peter went forth, and that other disciple, and came unto the sepulchre.
And he stooped down and saw the linen clothes lying, yet went he not in.
Then came Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and saw the linen clothes lie,
Then went in also that other disciple which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw and believed.
And the disciples went away again unto their own home.
Simon Peter said unto them, "I go a fishing." They said unto him, "We also will go with thee." They went their way and entered into a ship straightway, and that night caught they nothing.
Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die. And yet Jesus said not to him, he shall not die: but, "If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?"
And while they looked steadfastly up to heaven, as he went; behold, two men stood by them in white apparel,
And when they were come in, they went up into a parlour, where abode both Peter and James, John and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James the son of Alpheus, and Simon Zealotes, and Judas James' son.
Wherefore of these men which have companied with us - all the time that the Lord Jesus went out and in among us,
Peter and John went up together into the temple at the ninth hour of prayer:
Then went the ruler of the temple with ministers, and brought them without violence. For they feared the people lest they should have been stoned.
Howbeit, they that were scattered abroad went everywhere preaching the word.
And he arose and went on, and behold, a man of Ethiopia which was a chamberlain and of great authority with Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, and had the rule of all her treasure, came to Jerusalem for to pray.
And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water, and the chamberlain said, "See: here is water, what shall let me to be baptised?"
And he commanded the chariot to stand still. And they went down both into the water: both Philip and also the chamberlain. And he baptised him.
