And the man bowed himself and worshipped the LORD,

And he answered, "Nay, but I am the captain of the host of the LORD and am now come." And Joshua fell on his face to the earth and did reverence, and said unto him, "What sayeth my Lord unto his servant?"

And Jehoshaphat bowed himself with his face to the city, and all Judah and the inhabiters of Jerusalem fell before the LORD, to bow themselves unto the LORD.

And Solomon stood before the altar of the LORD in the sight of all the congregation of Israel and stretched out his hands to heaven,

The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, 'God, I thank thee that I am not as other men are; extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or as this publican.

For this cause, take unto you the armour of God, that ye may be able to resist in the evil day, and to stand perfect in all things. Stand, therefore, and your loins gird about with verity, having on the breastplate of righteousness,
