Daleth Show me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths. He Cause me to walk in thy truth and teach me: for thou art the God of my saving health; I have waited for thee all the day.

Cause me to hear thy mercy in the morning, for in thee do I trust; cause me to know the way in which I should walk, for I lift up my soul unto thee.

My people were cut off because they lacked wisdom; because thou hast rejected wisdom, I will cast thee out of the priesthood; seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy sons.

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me;

And Jesus responded unto him, The principal of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel, The Lord our God, the Lord is one; and thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy thought and with all thy strength: this is the principal commandment. And the second is like it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is no other commandment greater than these.

This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

If ye love me, keep my commandments; and I will ask the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive because it does not see him, or know him; but ye know him, for he dwells with you and shall be in you.

Nevertheless I was continually with thee; thou hast apprehended me by my right hand. Thou hast guided me with thy counsel, and afterward thou shalt receive me unto glory.

And as ye desire that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not murder, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet, and if there is any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Charity works no evil to a neighbour; therefore, charity is the fulfillment of the law.

For the people shall dwell in Zion, in Jerusalem: thou shalt weep no more: he who has mercy shall show mercy unto thee; at the voice of thy cry when he shall hear it, he will answer thee. But the Lord shall give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction; thy rain shall never more be taken away, but thine eyes shall see thy rain: Then thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, that ye not turn to the right hand and that ye not turn to the left hand.

And when they arose early in the morning and while they were going forth into the wilderness of Tekoa, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe the LORD your God, and ye shall be secure; believe his prophets, and ye shall be prospered.

And blessed is she that believed, for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth, for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak, and he will cause you to know the things which are to come.

For what does the scripture say? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

Faith, therefore, is the substance of things waited for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the ages were framed by the word of God, that which is seen being made of that which was not seen.read more.
