But he answering said to him that spoke to him, Who is my mother, and who are my brethren? And, stretching out his hand to his disciples, he said, Behold my mother and my brethren; for whosoever shall do the will of my Father who is in the heavens, he is my brother, and sister, and mother.

For where two or three are gathered together unto my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Whosoever shall receive one of such little children in my name, receives me; and whosoever shall receive me, does not receive me, but him who sent me.

But he answering said to them, My mother and my brethren are those who hear the word of God and do it.

And they said to one another, Was not our heart burning in us as he spoke to us on the way, and as he opened the scriptures to us?

Jesus therefore said to them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Unless ye shall have eaten the flesh of the Son of man, and drunk his blood, ye have no life in yourselves.

He that eats my flesh and drinks my blood dwells in me and I in him.

In that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. He that has my commandments and keeps them, he it is that loves me; but he that loves me shall be loved by my Father, and I will love him and will manifest myself to him. Jesus answered and said to him, If any one love me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our abode with him.

Abide in me and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abide in the vine, thus neither can ye unless ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abides in me and I in him, he bears much fruit; for without me ye can do nothing.

If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will and it shall come to pass to you.

that they may be all one, as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us, that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. And the glory which thou hast given me I have given them, that they may be one, as we are one; I in them and thou in me, that they may be perfected into one and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and that thou hast loved them as thou hast loved me.

And I have made known to them thy name, and will make it known; that the love with which thou hast loved me may be in them and I in them.

So that, my brethren, ye also have been made dead to the law by the body of the Christ, to be to another, who has been raised up from among the dead, in order that we might bear fruit to God.

There is then now no condemnation to those in Christ Jesus.

but if Christ be in you, the body is dead on account of sin, but the Spirit life on account of righteousness.

And if children, heirs also: heirs of God, and Christ's joint heirs; if indeed we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him.

Now if some of the branches have been broken out, and thou, being a wild olive tree, hast been grafted in amongst them, and hast become a fellow-partaker of the root and of the fatness of the olive tree,

thus we, being many, are one body in Christ, and each one members one of the other.

God is faithful, by whom ye have been called into the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.

Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats; but God will bring to nothing both it and them: but the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. And God has both raised up the Lord, and will raise us up from among the dead by his power. Do ye not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then, taking the members of the Christ, make them members of a harlot? Far be the thought.

But he that is joined to the Lord is one Spirit.

The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of the Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of the Christ?

For even as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of the body, being many, are one body, so also is the Christ.

Now ye are Christ's body, and members in particular.

For I am jealous as to you with a jealousy which is of God; for I have espoused you unto one man, to present you a chaste virgin to Christ.

examine your own selves if ye be in the faith; prove your own selves: do ye not recognise yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you, unless indeed ye be reprobates?

for we are members of his body; we are of his flesh, and of his bones.

to whom God would make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the nations, which is Christ in you the hope of glory:

for ye have died, and your life is hid with the Christ in God.

because God has not set us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who has died for us, that whether we may be watching or sleep, we may live together with him.

For both he that sanctifies and those sanctified are all of one; for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,

He that says he abides in him ought, even as he walked, himself also so to walk.

As for you let that which ye have heard from the beginning abide in you: if what ye have heard from the beginning abides in you, ye also shall abide in the Son and in the Father.

And now, children, abide in him, that if he be manifested we may have boldness, and not be put to shame from before him at his coming.

Whoever abides in him, does not sin: whoever sins, has not seen him or known him.

And he that keeps his commandments abides in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit which he has given to us.

Hereby we know that we abide in him and he in us, that he has given to us of his Spirit.

He that has the Son has life: he that has not the Son of God has not life.

And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us an understanding that we should know him that is true; and we are in him that is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

Whosoever goes forward and abides not in the doctrine of the Christ has not God. He that abides in the doctrine, he has both the Father and the Son.

Behold, I stand at the door and am knocking; if any one hear my voice and open the door, I will come in unto him and sup with him, and he with me.
