'Forth' in the Bible
They pour forth words, they speak arrogantly;All who do wickedness vaunt themselves.
Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth;Break forth and sing for joy and sing praises.
He sends forth springs in the valleys;They flow between the mountains;
He causes the grass to grow for the cattle,And vegetation for the labor of man,So that he may bring forth food from the earth,
Man goes forth to his workAnd to his labor until evening.
You send forth Your Spirit, they are created;And You renew the face of the ground.
And He brought forth His people with joy,His chosen ones with a joyful shout.
Who can speak of the mighty deeds of the Lord,Or can show forth all His praise?
Have not You Yourself, O God, rejected us?And will You not go forth with our armies, O God?
When he is judged, let him come forth guilty,And let his prayer become sin.
The Lord will stretch forth Your strong scepter from Zion, saying,“Rule in the midst of Your enemies.”
Blessed be the name of the LordFrom this time forth and forever.
When Israel went forth from Egypt,The house of Jacob from a people of strange language,
But as for us, we will bless the LordFrom this time forth and forever.Praise the Lord!
The Lord will guard your going out and your coming inFrom this time forth and forever.
As the mountains surround Jerusalem,So the Lord surrounds His peopleFrom this time forth and forever.
For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest upon the land of the righteous,So that the righteous will not put forth their hands to do wrong.
O Israel, hope in the LordFrom this time forth and forever.
“There I will cause the horn of David to spring forth;I have prepared a lamp for Mine anointed.
He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth;Who makes lightnings for the rain,Who brings forth the wind from His treasuries.
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me;You will stretch forth Your hand against the wrath of my enemies,And Your right hand will save me.
Flash forth lightning and scatter them;Send out Your arrows and confuse them.
Stretch forth Your hand from on high;Rescue me and deliver me out of great waters,Out of the hand of aliens
Let our garners be full, furnishing every kind of produce,And our flocks bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our fields;
He sends forth His command to the earth;His word runs very swiftly.
He casts forth His ice as fragments;Who can stand before His cold?
He sends forth His word and melts them;He causes His wind to blow and the waters to flow.
“When there were no depths I was brought forth,When there were no springs abounding with water.
“Before the mountains were settled,Before the hills I was brought forth;
The lips of the righteous bring forth what is acceptable,But the mouth of the wicked what is perverted.
The north wind brings forth rain,And a backbiting tongue, an angry countenance.
Do not boast about tomorrow,For you do not know what a day may bring forth.
For the churning of milk produces butter,And pressing the nose brings forth blood;So the churning of anger produces strife.
It is good that you grasp one thing and also not let go of the other; for the one who fears God comes forth with both of them.
There is an evil I have seen under the sun, like an error which goes forth from the ruler—
“If you yourself do not know,Most beautiful among women,Go forth on the trail of the flockAnd pasture your young goatsBy the tents of the shepherds.
“While the king was at his table,My perfume gave forth its fragrance.
‘The fig tree has ripened its figs,And the vines in blossom have given forth their fragrance.Arise, my darling, my beautiful one,And come along!’”
“Go forth, O daughters of Zion,And gaze on King Solomon with the crownWith which his mother has crowned himOn the day of his wedding,And on the day of his gladness of heart.”

“The whole earth is at rest and is quiet;They break forth into shouts of joy.
His breath is like an overflowing torrent,Which reaches to the neck,To shake the nations back and forth in a sieve,And to put in the jaws of the peoples the bridle which leads to ruin.
Then the lame will leap like a deer,And the tongue of the mute will shout for joy.For waters will break forth in the wildernessAnd streams in the Arabah.
For out of Jerusalem will go forth a remnant and out of Mount Zion survivors. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.”’
Lift up your eyes on highAnd see who has created these stars,The One who leads forth their host by number,He calls them all by name;Because of the greatness of His might and the strength of His power,Not one of them is missing.
“Who has performed and accomplished it,Calling forth the generations from the beginning?‘I, the Lord, am the first, and with the last. I am He.’”
Let them bring forth and declare to us what is going to take place;As for the former events, declare what they were,That we may consider them and know their outcome.Or announce to us what is coming;
“Behold, My Servant, whom I uphold;My chosen one in whom My soul delights.I have put My Spirit upon Him;He will bring forth justice to the nations.
“A bruised reed He will not breakAnd a dimly burning wick He will not extinguish;He will faithfully bring forth justice.
“Behold, the former things have come to pass,Now I declare new things;Before they spring forth I proclaim them to you.”
The Lord will go forth like a warrior,He will arouse His zeal like a man of war.He will utter a shout, yes, He will raise a war cry.He will prevail against His enemies.
Who brings forth the chariot and the horse,The army and the mighty man(They will lie down together and not rise again;They have been quenched and extinguished like a wick):
“Behold, I will do something new,Now it will spring forth;Will you not be aware of it?I will even make a roadway in the wilderness,Rivers in the desert.
Shout for joy, O heavens, for the Lord has done it!Shout joyfully, you lower parts of the earth;Break forth into a shout of joy, you mountains,O forest, and every tree in it;For the Lord has redeemed JacobAnd in Israel He shows forth His glory.
“Declare and set forth your case;Indeed, let them consult together.Who has announced this from of old?Who has long since declared it?Is it not I, the Lord?And there is no other God besides Me,A righteous God and a Savior;There is none except Me.
“I have sworn by Myself,The word has gone forth from My mouth in righteousnessAnd will not turn back,That to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance.
“Hear this, O house of Jacob, who are named IsraelAnd who came forth from the loins of Judah,Who swear by the name of the LordAnd invoke the God of Israel,But not in truth nor in righteousness.
“I declared the former things long agoAnd they went forth from My mouth, and I proclaimed them.Suddenly I acted, and they came to pass.
Go forth from Babylon! Flee from the Chaldeans!Declare with the sound of joyful shouting, proclaim this,Send it out to the end of the earth;Say, “The Lord has redeemed His servant Jacob.”
They did not thirst when He led them through the deserts.He made the water flow out of the rock for them;He split the rock and the water gushed forth.
Saying to those who are bound, ‘Go forth,’To those who are in darkness, ‘Show yourselves.’Along the roads they will feed,And their pasture will be on all bare heights.
Shout for joy, O heavens! And rejoice, O earth!Break forth into joyful shouting, O mountains!For the Lord has comforted His peopleAnd will have compassion on His afflicted.
“Pay attention to Me, O My people,And give ear to Me, O My nation;For a law will go forth from Me,And I will set My justice for a light of the peoples.
“My righteousness is near, My salvation has gone forth,And My arms will judge the peoples;The coastlands will wait for Me,And for My arm they will wait expectantly.
Break forth, shout joyfully together,You waste places of Jerusalem;For the Lord has comforted His people,He has redeemed Jerusalem.
“Shout for joy, O barren one, you who have borne no child;Break forth into joyful shouting and cry aloud, you who have not travailed;For the sons of the desolate one will be more numerousThan the sons of the married woman,” says the Lord.
So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth;It will not return to Me empty,Without accomplishing what I desire,And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.
“For you will go out with joyAnd be led forth with peace;The mountains and the hills will break forth into shouts of joy before you,And all the trees of the field will clap their hands.
“Then your light will break out like the dawn,And your recovery will speedily spring forth;And your righteousness will go before you;The glory of the Lord will be your rear guard.
No one sues righteously and no one pleads honestly.They trust in confusion and speak lies;They conceive mischief and bring forth iniquity.
They hatch adders’ eggs and weave the spider’s web;He who eats of their eggs dies,And from that which is crushed a snake breaks forth.
For as the earth brings forth its sprouts,And as a garden causes the things sown in it to spring up,So the Lord God will cause righteousness and praiseTo spring up before all the nations.
For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent,And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not keep quiet,Until her righteousness goes forth like brightness,And her salvation like a torch that is burning.
“I will bring forth offspring from Jacob,And an heir of My mountains from Judah;Even My chosen ones shall inherit it,And My servants will dwell there.
“Before she travailed, she brought forth;Before her pain came, she gave birth to a boy.
“Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things?Can a land be born in one day?Can a nation be brought forth all at once?As soon as Zion travailed, she also brought forth her sons.
“Then they will go forth and lookOn the corpses of the menWho have transgressed against Me.For their worm will not dieAnd their fire will not be quenched;And they will be an abhorrence to all mankind.”
Then the Lord said to me, “Out of the north the evil will break forth on all the inhabitants of the land.
“Circumcise yourselves to the LordAnd remove the foreskins of your heart,Men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem,Or else My wrath will go forth like fireAnd burn with none to quench it,Because of the evil of your deeds.”
Yet, O Lord of hosts, You who test the righteous,Who see the mind and the heart;Let me see Your vengeance on them;For to You I have set forth my cause.
Why did I ever come forth from the wombTo look on trouble and sorrow,So that my days have been spent in shame?
O house of David, thus says the Lord:“Administer justice every morning;And deliver the person who has been robbed from the power of his oppressor,That My wrath may not go forth like fireAnd burn with none to extinguish it,Because of the evil of their deeds.
For thus says the Lord in regard to Shallum the son of Josiah, king of Judah, who became king in the place of Josiah his father, who went forth from this place, “He will never return there;
“Therefore thus says the Lord of hosts concerning the prophets,‘Behold, I am going to feed them wormwoodAnd make them drink poisonous water,For from the prophets of JerusalemPollution has gone forth into all the land.’”
“Behold, the storm of the Lord has gone forth in wrath,Even a whirling tempest;It will swirl down on the head of the wicked.
Thus says the Lord of hosts,“Behold, evil is going forthFrom nation to nation,And a great storm is being stirred upFrom the remotest parts of the earth.
‘Their leader shall be one of them,And their ruler shall come forth from their midst;And I will bring him near and he shall approach Me;For who would dare to risk his life to approach Me?’ declares the Lord.
Behold, the tempest of the Lord!Wrath has gone forth,A sweeping tempest;It will burst on the head of the wicked.
“Again I will build you and you will be rebuilt,O virgin of Israel!Again you will take up your tambourines,And go forth to the dances of the merrymakers.
In those days and at that time I will cause a righteous Branch of David to spring forth; and He shall execute justice and righteousness on the earth.

The Lord has opened His armoryAnd has brought forth the weapons of His indignation,For it is a work of the Lord God of hostsIn the land of the Chaldeans.
When He utters His voice, there is a tumult of waters in the heavens,And He causes the clouds to ascend from the end of the earth;He makes lightning for the rainAnd brings forth the wind from His storehouses.
“Come forth from her midst, My people,And each of you save yourselvesFrom the fierce anger of the Lord.
For the Lord is going to destroy Babylon,And He will make her loud noise vanish from her.And their waves will roar like many waters;The tumult of their voices sounds forth.
Then the city was broken into, and all the men of war fled and went forth from the city at night by way of the gate between the two walls which was by the king’s garden, though the Chaldeans were all around the city. And they went by way of the Arabah.
