'Observe' in the Bible

When I observe Your heavens,the work of Your fingers,the moon and the stars,which You set in place,

Yahweh is in his holy temple. Yahweh is on his throne in heaven. His eyes observe. His eyes examine the children of men.

I have hated them that observe lying vanities; and as for me, I have confided in Jehovah.
