but, if I do them, even though ye believe not Me, believe the works; that ye may know and understand that the Father is in Me, and I in the Father."

Believe Me, that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me; or, else, believe Me because of the works themselves.

"When the Advocate shall come, Whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, Who proceedeth from the Father, He will testify concerning Me;

Wherefore, I make known to you that no one speaking in the Spirit of God, says, "Jesus is accursed"; and no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except in the Holy Spirit.

If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater; because this is the testimony of God, that He hath testified concerning His Son.

For He is our peace, Who made both one, and broke down the middle wall of the partition, having abolished in His flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments expressed in decrees, that He might make the two one new man in Himself, making peace, and might reconcile both in one body to God through the cross, having slain the enmity thereby;read more.
and, coming, He proclaimed the Gospel of peace to you who were afar off, and peace to those who were near; because through Him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father.

They will put you out of the synagogues; yea, an hour is coming, that every one who kills you will think that he is offering service to God. And these things will they do, because they have not known the Father, nor Me.

And in this we know that we have known Him, if we keep His commandments. "And these shall go away into age-lasting punishment, but the righteous into age-lasting life."

"If ye love Me, ye will keep My commandments;

Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abide in the vine; so neither can ye, unless ye abide in Me. I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abides in Me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit; because, apart from Me, ye can do nothing.
