And what are we, that ye murmur against us? Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the sons of Israel.

But all the congregation bade stone them with stones. And the glory of LORD appeared in the tent of meeting to all the sons of Israel.

and they assembled themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said to them, Ye take too much upon you, since all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and LORD is among them. Why then do ye lift up yourselves And when Moses heard it, he fell upon his face. They also envied Moses in the camp, [and] Aaron the sanctified of LORD.


And LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, and gave them an order to the sons of Israel, and to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the sons of Israel out of the land of Egypt.

These are that Aaron and Moses, to whom LORD said, Bring out the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt according to their armies. These are those who spoke to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the sons of Israel from Egypt. These are that Moses and Aaron.

And Moses diligently sought the goat of the sin-offering, and, behold, it was burnt. And he was angry with Eleazar and with Ithamar, the sons of Aaron who were left, saying, Why have ye not eaten the sin-offering in the place of the sanctuary, seeing it is most holy, and he has given it to you to bear the iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before LORD? Behold, the blood of it was not brought into the sanctuary inside. Ye should certainly have eaten it in the sanctuary, as I commanded.

And he presented the people's oblation. And took the goat of the sin-offering which was for the people, and killed it, and offered it for sin, as the first.


And bring thou near to thee Aaron thy brother, and his sons with him, from among the sons of Israel, that he may minister to me in the priest's office, even Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar, Aaron's sons.

And not any man takes the honor to himself, but being called by God, just as also Aaron. So also Christ did not glorify himself to become a high priest, but it was he who said to him, Thou are my Son, today I have begotten thee.
