'Blessed is' in the Bible
Blessed is the man who has not walked in the counsel of the ungodly, and has not stood in the way of sinners, and has not sat in the seat of the scornful.
Blessed is Jehovah, because He has heard the voice of my prayers.
Blessed is Jehovah; for He has worked His mercy wondrously in a besieged city.
