But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, without hypocrisy.

But we were gentle in the midst of you, even as a nurse cherisheth her own children;

Put them in mind to submit themselves to governments, to authorities, to obey magistrates, to be ready for every good work, to speak evil of no one, to be averse to strife, forbearing, showing all meekness to all men.

and be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.
