Abraham looked up and saw a ram caught by its horns in the bushes. So he took the ram and sacrificed it in place of his son.
Out of all the Israelites, I have taken the Levites to be substitutes for every firstborn male offspring among them. The Levites are mine, because every firstborn is mine. The day I killed every firstborn male in Egypt, I set apart as holy every firstborn in Israel, whether human or animal. They will be mine. I am Jehovah.
I am now taking the Levites instead of all the first-born of the Israelites.

A man will be appointed to release the goat in the desert. The goat will take all their sins away to a deserted place. The man must release the goat in the desert.
The offering must be a male that has no defects from your cattle, sheep, or goats in order to be accepted. Do not bring any animal with a physical defect. This is because it will not be acceptable for you.
He took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows. We considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions! He was crushed for our iniquities! The punishment that brought us peace was upon him. There has been healing for us because of his wounds. We are all like sheep. We have gone astray! Each of us has turned to his own way. Jehovah has caused the iniquity (sin) of all of us to be laid on him.
In so doing, that which was spoken through Isaiah was fulfilled. Isaiah wrote: He took our sicknesses and removed our diseases.
When he was reviled (insulted), he did not revile in return. When he suffered he did not threaten, but committed himself to him that judges righteously. He bore our sins in his body upon the stake, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed because of his wounds (stripes). For you were straying like sheep. But now you have returned to your shepherd and overseer.
Zeal for your house consumes me. The reproaches of those who reproach you have fallen on me.
For the Son of man also came not to be ministered to, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
He died for us, that, whether we are awake in this life or sleep in death, we should live together with him.
I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.
You do not understand that it is expedient for you that one man should die for the people. That way the whole nation will not perish.
If because of your food your brother is grieved, you do not walk in love. Do not allow what you eat to destroy the one for whom Christ died.
For the love of Christ compels us to judge, that one died for all and therefore all died.
I have been impaled with Christ. It is no longer I that live, but Christ lives in me. The life that I now live in the flesh (physical body) I live by faith. This is the faith that is in the Son of God. He loved me and gave himself up for me.
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us. It is written; Cursed is everyone who is hung on a stake.
He gave himself as a ransom for all. A witness was to be given at the right time.
He (Jesus Christ) gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify a people for himself, who are special people, zealous for good works.
We see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels and crowned with glory and honor for suffering death. By the grace of God he tasted death for every man.
For this you were called because Christ also suffered for you. He left you an example (a copy for imitation) (a model) that you should follow in his steps.
By this we know love, because he (Jesus) gave his life for us. We ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.

So Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. He will appear the second time without sin to those who look to him for their salvation.
He died for all that those who live should no longer live for themselves, but for him who died for their sakes and rose again.
No man has greater love then this that a man lay down his life for his friends.
Will you forgive their sin? If not, please wipe me out of the book you have written.
I could wish that I were accursed (separated) (banned) (excommunicated) from Christ for the good of (in behalf of) my countrymen and brothers (the Jews).
