Beloved let us love one another, for love is from God. Everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God for God is love.
And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you.
God has not given us a spirit of timidity (fear), but of power and love and discipline.
We know and believe the love that God has for us. God is love! He who continues with love lives with God and God lives with him.

But the objective is love out of a pure heart and a good conscience and faith without hypocrisy.

There is no fear in love. Perfect (mature) love throws out (expels) fear because fear involves restraint (punishment). He who fears is not made perfect (mature) (complete) through love.
Whoever has this world's goods and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his compassion from him, how does the love of God dwell in him? My Little children, let us not love in word, neither with the tongue; but in deed and truth.

(Deuteronomy 6:4) The second is you should love your neighbor as yourself. No other commandment is greater than these. (Leviticus 19:18)
For the Law code says: You must not commit adultery, you must not murder, you must not steal, you must not bear false witness, and you must not covet. If there is any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying; namely, you must love your neighbor as yourself. Love works no ill to his neighbor. Therefore love is the law's fulfillment.
For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision means anything, nor uncircumcision, but faith working through love.
May Christ dwell in your hearts through faith to the end that you will be rooted and grounded in love. May you be able to comprehend with all the holy ones the breadth and length and height and depth. And may you know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge. May you be filled with all the fullness of God.
Above all these things, put on love, which is the bond of perfection and unity.
He who loves his brother lives in the light, and there is no cause for stumbling (offence) in him.
