'Raised' in the Bible
the blind see, the lame walk, those with skin diseases are healed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor are told the good news.
“This is John the Baptist!” he told his servants. “He has been raised from the dead, and that’s why supernatural powers are at work in him.”
From then on Jesus began to point out to His disciples that He must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders, chief priests, and scribes, be killed, and be raised the third day.

King Herod heard of this, because Jesus’ name had become well known. Some said, “John the Baptist has been raised from the dead, and that’s why supernatural powers are at work in him.”
When Herod heard of it, he said, “John, the one I beheaded, has been raised!”
But Jesus, taking him by the hand, raised him, and he stood up.
Now concerning the dead being raised—haven’t you read in the book of Moses, in the passage about the burning bush, how God spoke to him: I am the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob?
He has raised up a horn of salvation for usin the house of His servant David,
He replied to them, “Go and report to John the things you have seen and heard: The blind receive their sight, the lame walk, those with skin diseases are healed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor are told the good news.
Herod the tetrarch heard about everything that was going on. He was perplexed, because some said that John had been raised from the dead,

As He was saying these things, a woman from the crowd raised her voice and said to Him, “The womb that bore You and the one who nursed You are blessed!”
and raised their voices, saying, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”
Moses even indicated in the passage about the burning bush that the dead are raised, where he calls the Lord the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob.
Then He told them: “Nation will be raised up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.
who said, “The Lord has certainly been raised, and has appeared to Simon!”
So when He was raised from the dead, His disciples remembered that He had said this. And they believed the Scripture and the statement Jesus had made.
So they removed the stone. Then Jesus raised His eyes and said, “Father, I thank You that You heard Me.
Six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany where Lazarus was, the one Jesus had raised from the dead.

For the Scripture tells Pharaoh:I raised you up for this reasonso that I may display My power in youand that My name may be proclaimed in all the earth.
If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
God raised up the Lord and will also raise us up by His power.
that He was buried,that He was raised on the third dayaccording to the Scriptures,
Now if Christ is proclaimed as raised from the dead, how can some of you say, “There is no resurrection of the dead”?
But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ has not been raised;
and if Christ has not been raised, then our proclamation is without foundation, and so is your faith.
In addition, we are found to be false witnesses about God, because we have testified about God that He raised up Christ—whom He did not raise up if in fact the dead are not raised.
For if the dead are not raised, Christ has not been raised.
And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is worthless; you are still in your sins.
But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.
Otherwise what will they do who are being baptized for the dead? If the dead are not raised at all, then why are people baptized for them?
If I fought wild animals in Ephesus with only human hope, what good did that do me? If the dead are not raised, Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.
But someone will say, “How are the dead raised? What kind of body will they have when they come?”
So it is with the resurrection of the dead:Sown in corruption, raised in incorruption;
sown in dishonor, raised in glory;sown in weakness, raised in power;
sown a natural body, raised a spiritual body.If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.
in a moment, in the blink of an eye,at the last trumpet.For the trumpet will sound,and the dead will be raised incorruptible,and we will be changed.
We know that the One who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also with Jesus and present us with you.
And He died for all so that those who live should no longer live for themselves, but for the One who died for them and was raised.
and every high-minded thing that is raised up against the knowledge of God, taking every thought captive to obey Christ.
