And every one that hath left houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and shall inherit eternal life.
Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee. Jesus said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or mother, or father, or children, or lands, for my sake, and for the gospel's sake, but he shall receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
And Peter said, Lo, we have left our own, and followed thee. And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or wife, or brethren, or parents, or children, for the kingdom of God's sake, who shall not receive manifold more in this time, and in the world to come eternal life.
For whosoever would save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's shall save it.
Whosoever shall seek to gain his life shall lose it: but whosoever shall lose his life'shall preserve it.
Whoso offereth the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifieth me; And to him that ordereth his way aright Will I show the salvation of God.
O give thanks unto Jehovah, call upon his name; Make known his doings among the peoples.
nor filthiness, nor foolish talking, or jesting, which are not befitting: but rather giving of thanks.
Rejoice in the Lord always: again I will say, Rejoice. Let your forbearance be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.read more.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
