May God Almighty bless you and make you fruitful and multiply you so that you become an assembly of peoples.

God also said to him:I am God Almighty.Be fruitful and multiply.A nation, indeed an assembly of nations,will come from you,and kings will descend from you.

May I never enter their council;may I never join their assembly.For in their anger they kill men,and on a whim they hamstring oxen.

The assembly is to protect the one who kills someone from the hand of the avenger of blood. Then the assembly will return him to the city of refuge he fled to, and he must live there until the death of the high priest who was anointed with the holy oil.
