Understand, ye carnal ones among the people, and, ye fools, when will ye be wise?
Hearken unto chastening, and be wise; refuse it not. Blessed is the man that hears me, keeping vigil at my gates, waiting at the threshold of my doors.
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no one deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am the Christ, and shall deceive many.
And I beseech you, brethren, mark those who cause dissensions and offences outside of the doctrine which ye have learned, and avoid them.

It would be better for him if a millstone turned by an ass were placed around his neck and he were cast into the sea than that he should cause one of these little ones to stumble. Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother should trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.
Brethren, if anyone is overtaken in a fault, ye who are spiritual restore such a one in the spirit of meekness, considering thyself lest thou also be tempted.
Therefore, take heed to thyself and keep thy soul diligently lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life, but teach them to thy sons and thy sons' sons.
Only that with diligence ye keep yourselves doing the commandment and the law, which Moses, the slave of the LORD, charged you: to love the LORD your God and to walk in all his ways and to keep his commandments and to cleave unto him and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.
Keep the charge of the LORD thy God, walking in his ways, keeping his statutes and his commandments and his rights and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, that thou may have understanding in all that thou doest and in everything that thou dost undertake,
Therefore, it is necessary that we with more diligence keep the things which we have heard, so that we do not fall.
See that you do not refuse him that speaks. For if those who refused him that spoke on earth did not escape, much less shall we escape, if we turn away from him that speaks from the heavens,
We have also the most sure word of the prophets, unto which ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts,

Watch, therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man comes.
But of that day and that hour no one knows, no, not even the angels who are in the heaven, neither the Son, but only the Father. Take ye heed, watch and pray; for ye know not when the time shall be. As the man who, taking a far journey, left his house and gave his estate to his slaves and to each one his responsibility and commanded the porter to watch.read more.

Therefore as long as we have the opportunity, let us do good unto everyone, especially unto those who are of the household of faith.
Admonish them to be subject to dominion and power, and to persuade those who have authority, that they be quick unto every good work.
And Saul eyed David from that day and forward.
