'Jesus Said' in the Bible
On the next day he wished to go to Galilee, and he found Philip. And Jesus said to him, Follow me.
And the wine falling short the mother of Jesus said to him, They have no wine.
Jesus said to her, What have you to do with me, woman? My hour has not yet come.
Jesus said to them, Fill the water jars with water; and they filled them to the top.
A woman of Samaria came to draw water. Jesus said to her, Give me a drink;
The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said to her, You have said well, I have no husband;
Jesus said to her, Believe me, woman, the hour comes, when neither in this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, you shall worship the Father.
Jesus said to her, I that speak to you am [the Messiah].
Jesus said to them, My food is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.
Then Jesus said to him, Unless you see miracles and prodigies you will not believe.
Jesus said to him, Go; your son lives. The man believed the word which Jesus said to him, and went.
Then the father knew that it was in that hour in which Jesus said to him, Your son lives; and he believed, and all his house.
Jesus said to him, Arise, take up your bed and walk.
Jesus said, Make the men sit down. And there was much grass in the place. The men, therefore, sat down in number about five thousand.
Then Jesus said to them, I tell you most truly, Moses gave you not bread from heaven, but my Father gives you the true bread from heaven;
Jesus said to them, I am the bread of life; he that comes to me shall never hunger, and he that believes in me shall never thirst.
Then Jesus said to them, I tell you most truly, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.
Then Jesus said to the twelve Will you also go away?
Then Jesus said to them, My time has not yet come, but your time is always ready.
Then Jesus said, Yet a little while am I with you, and I go to him that sent me.
And she said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said to her, Neither do I condemn you; go, and sin no more.
Then Jesus said to them again, I go away, and you shall seek me and die in your sin; where I go, you cannot come.
Then they said to him, Who are you? And Jesus said to them, What at the beginning, and what I tell you [now].
Then Jesus said to them, When you shall lift up the Son of man, then shall you know that I am [the Christ]; and I do nothing of myself; but I speak these things as the Father has taught me;
Then Jesus said to the Jews who believed on him, If you continue in my word, you are my disciples indeed;
They answered and said to him, Our father is Abraham. Jesus said to them, If you were children of Abraham, you would have done the works of Abraham;
Jesus said to them, If God was your father you would have loved me; for I came forth and come from God; for I came not of myself, but he sent me.
Jesus said to them, I tell you most truly, that before Abraham existed, I am.
Jesus said to him, You have both seen him, and he that speaks to you is he.
And Jesus said, I came into this world for judgment, that those not seeing may see, and those seeing become blind.
Jesus said to them, If you were blind you would not have had sin; but now you say, We see, your sin remains.
Jesus said to her, Your brother shall rise again.
Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life; he that believes in me, even if he has died, shall live,
Jesus said, Take away the stone. Martha, the sister of the dead, said to him, Lord, by this time he smells; for he has been dead four days.
Jesus said to her, Did I not tell you that if you will believe you shall see the glory of God?
And the dead came forth, bound as to his feet and hands with bandages, and his face was bound with a napkin. Jesus said to them, Unbind him, and let him go.
Then Jesus said, Let her alone, that she may keep this for the day of preparation for my burial;
Then Jesus said to them, Yet a little while is the light with you; walk while you have the light, that darkness may not overtake you; for he that walks in darkness knows not where he goes.
While you have the light, believe in the light, that you may be children of light. Jesus said these things, and went away and concealed himself from them.
Jesus said to him, He that is washed needs only that his feet should be washed, but is wholly pure; and you are pure, but not all.
And after the mouthful, then Satan entered into him. Then Jesus said to him, What you do, do quickly.
for some thought, since Judas had the treasure-chest, that Jesus said to him, Buy what we need for the feast; or, that he should give something to the poor.
When he had gone out Jesus said, Now the Son of man has been glorified, and God has been glorified in him.
Jesus said to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except by me.
Jesus said to him, Have I been so long a time with you and have you not known me, Philip? He that has seen me has seen the Father; and how say you, Show us the Father?
They answered him, Jesus the Nazoraean. Jesus said to them, I am he. And Judas who betrayed him stood with them.
Then Jesus said to Peter, Put the sword in the sheath. The cup which the Father has given me, shall I not drink it?
Jesus said to her, Woman, why do you weep? whom do you seek? She, supposing that he was the gardener, said to him, Sir, if you have borne him away, tell me where you have laid him, and I will take him.
Jesus said to her, Mary. She, turning around, said to him in Hebrew, Rabboni, which is interpreted, Teacher.
Jesus said to her, Do not touch me; for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brothers and tell them, I ascend to my Father and your Father, and my God and your God.
Jesus said to him, Because you have seen me you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and believed.
Then Jesus said to them, Children, have you any thing to eat? They answered him, No.
Jesus said to them, Bring of the fish that you have now caught.
Jesus said to them, Come and breakfast. No one of the disciples dared to ask him, Who are you? for they knew that he was the Lord.
When therefore they had breakfasted, Jesus said to Simon Peter, Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these? He said to him, Yes, Lord, you know that I am a friend to you. He said to him, Feed my lambs.
He said to him a third time; Simon, son of John, are you a friend to me? Peter was grieved that he said to him the third time, Are you a friend to me? and he said to him, Lord you know all things; you know that I am a friend to you. Jesus said to him, Feed my sheep.
Jesus said to him, If I wish him to continue till I come, what is that to you? follow me.
The report then went out among the brothers that this disciple would not die; but Jesus said not to him, He shall not die; but, If I wish him to continue till I come, what is that to you?
