"Stop storing up your riches on earth where moths and rust make away with them, and where thieves break in and steal them.

But keep on storing up your riches in heaven where moths and rust do not make away with them and where thieves do not break in and steal them.

No one, unto two masters, can be in service; for either, the one, he will hate, and, the other ,love, or, one, he will hold to, and, the other, despise: Ye cannot be in service, unto God, and, unto Riches.

And he that is sown among the thorns this is he who hears the word, and the anxious care of this life, and the deceit of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.

Jesus said to him, "If you want to be perfect, go and sell everything you have and give the money to the poor, and you will have riches in heaven; then come back here and follow me."
