And behold, a leper came and knelt before him, saying, "Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean."
When Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to him, asking for help,
Then a certain scribe came and said to him, "Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go."
And he said to them, "Go." So they came out and went into the swine; and behold, the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea, and perished in the water.
And behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus. And when they saw him, they begged him to leave their region.
And getting into a boat, he crossed over and came to his own city.
And as Jesus sat at table in the house, behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.
Then the disciples of John came to him, saying, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast, but your disciples do not fast?"
While he was saying these things to them, behold, a ruler came and knelt before him, saying, "My daughter has just died, but come and lay your hand on her and she will live."
And behold, a woman who had suffered from a hemorrhage for twelve years came up behind him and touched the fringe of his garment.
When Jesus came to the ruler's house, and saw the flute players and the noisy crowd,
When he had entered the house, the blind men came to him; and Jesus said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" They said to him, "Yes, Lord."
For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, 'He has a demon.'
The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, 'Look, a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!' But wisdom is justified by her deeds."

Then the scribes and Pharisees who were from Jerusalem came to Jesus and said,
Then the disciples came and said to him, "Do you know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this saying?"
And behold, a Canaanite woman from that region came out and cried to him, "Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed."
But he did not answer her a word. And his disciples came and urged him, saying, "Send her away, for she is crying out after us."
But she came and knelt before him, saying, "Lord, help me!"
Then great crowds came to him, bringing with them the lame, the maimed, the blind, the mute, and many others; and they laid them down at his feet, and he healed them.
Then the Pharisees and Sadducees came, and to test him they asked him to show them a sign from heaven.
When Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, "Who do men say that the Son of Man is?"

At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, "Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?"
Then Peter came to him and said, "Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?"
Some Pharisees came to him to test him. They asked, "Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any and every reason?"
Now behold, one came up and said to him, "Teacher, what good thing must I do to have eternal life?"
Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."
And when evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his steward, 'Call the laborers and pay them their wages, beginning with the last, up to the first.'
And when those came who were hired about the eleventh hour, they each received a denarius.
So when the first came, they thought they would receive more; but each of them also received a denarius.
Then the mother of Zebedee's sons came to him with her sons and, kneeling down, asked something of him.
Now when they drew near Jerusalem, and came to Bethphage, at the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent two disciples,

but they found none, though many false witnesses came forward. At last two came forward
Now Peter was sitting outside in the courtyard, and a servant girl came to him and said, "You also were with Jesus of Galilee."
After a little while those who stood by came up and said to Peter, "Surely you are also one of them, for your accent betrays you."
When morning came, all the chief priests and the elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death.
Now as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name, and they compelled him to carry his cross.
And when they came to a place called Golgotha (which means the place of a skull),
And when it was evening, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who had himself also become a disciple of Jesus.
And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat on it.
And behold, Jesus met them and said, "Hail!" And they came to him and took hold of his feet and worshipped him.
and said, "Tell them, 'His disciples came by night and stole him away while we were asleep.'
And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
John came baptizing in the wilderness, and preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.
Now John was clothed with camel's hair, and with a leather belt around his waist, and he ate locusts and wild honey.
In those days Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan.
And a voice came from heaven, "You are my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased."
