That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us, that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. For as in one body we are many members, and all members have not the same office, So we being many are one body in Christ, and every one members of each other.

For as the body is one, and yet hath many members, but all the members of the body, many as they are, are one body, so is Christ. For we are all baptized by one Spirit into one body, whether we are Jews or Gentiles, whether slaves or freemen; and we have all drank of one Spirit. For the body is not one member, but many. For our comely parts have no need; but God hath tempered the body together, giving more abundant honour to that which lacked: That there might be no schism in the body, but that the members might have the same care for each other: And whether one member suffer, all the members might suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members might rejoice with it. Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in part.

For ye are all sons of God by faith in Jesus Christ. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ, have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female; for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.


For he is our peace, he who hath made both one, having broken down the middle wall of partition, Having abolished by his flesh the enmity, the law of commandments, through his decrees, that he might make the two one new man in himself, so making peace: And might reconcile both in one body to God through the cross, having slain the enmity thereby. read more.

Now the God of patience and consolation give you to think the same thing, according to Christ Jesus, That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.


But whereunto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing. Brethren, be ye followers together of me, and mark them who walk so as ye have us for an example.
