But I say this, He who sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully shall also reap bountifully. Each one, as he purposes in his heart, let him give; not of grief, or of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver.

To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. Blessed is he who acts wisely toward the poor; Jehovah will deliver him in time of trouble.

There is one who scatters and yet increases; but one who withholds just due comes only to poverty. The soul who gives freely shall be made fat; and he who waters shall also be watered himself. He who withholds grain, the people shall curse him; but blessing is on the head of him who sells.

He who has pity upon the poor lends to Jehovah, and He will reward his dealing to him.

He who gives to the poor shall not lack, but he who hides his eyes shall have many a curse.

Then let us not judge one another any more, but rather judge this, not to put a stumbling-block or an offense toward his brother.

Judge not, that you may not be judged.

Therefore you are without excuse, O man, everyone who judges; for in that in which you judge another, you condemn yourself, for you who judge do the same things.

Who are you that judges another's servant? To his own master he stands or falls. But he will stand, for God is able to make him stand.

and if you draw out your soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall your light rise in darkness, and your darkness shall be as the noonday. And Jehovah shall always guide you and satisfy your soul in dry places, and make your bones fat; and you shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters fail not.

And He also said to him who invited Him, When you make a dinner or a supper, do not call your friends or your brothers, or your kinsmen, or your rich neighbors; lest they also invite you again, and a recompense be made to you. Brothers, if a man is overtaken in a fault, you the spiritual ones restore such a one in the spirit of meekness, considering yourself, lest you also be tempted.

And why do you look on the splinter that is in your brother's eye, but do not consider the beam that is in your own eye?

And above all things have fervent love to yourselves, for love will cover a multitude of sins.

He who covers a transgression seeks love, but he who repeats a matter separates friends.

Then we who are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.

Truly I say to you, They have their reward.

And above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfectness.

But the end of the commandment is love out of a pure heart, and a good conscience, and faith unfeigned,

For even as we have many members in one body, and all members do not have the same function, so we the many are one body in Christ, and each one members of one another.
