"You must not remember [the] former things, and you not must consider [the] former things.
Remember [the] old days, {the years long past}; ask your father, and he will inform you, your elders and they will tell you.
Remember [the] former things from {a long time ago}, for I [am] God and there is none besides [me], God and [there is] none like me,
Look! the former things have come, and I declare new things. I {announce} [them] to you before they sprout up."
What is--it already was, and what will be--it already is, for {God will do what he has done.}

For you yourself will forget your misery; you will remember [it] as water [that] has flowed past.
Jesus Christ [is] the same yesterday and today and {forever}.
who in generations that are past permitted all the nations to go their [own] ways.
If his days [are] determined, the number of his months [is] with you; you have appointed his boundaries, and he cannot cross [them].
'The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,' says Yahweh of hosts, 'and in this place I will give peace' {declares} Yahweh of hosts.'"
Therefore if anyone [is] in Christ, [he is] a new creation; the old [things] have passed away; behold, new [things] have come.
[The] harvest has passed, [the] summer has come to an end, and we have not received help.
Take me to court; let us enter into judgment together. You, {make an account} so that you may be in the right.
who from [the] beginning declares [the] end, and from before, [things] that have not been done, who says, 'My plan shall stand,' and, 'I will accomplish all my wishes,'
For in the [same] way formerly the holy women also, who hoped in God, used to adorn themselves [by] being subject to their own husbands,
But remember the former days in which, [after you] were enlightened, you endured a great struggle with sufferings,
I remember [the] days of long ago; I meditate on all your doings. I muse on the labor of your hands.
in which also you once lived, when you used to live in them.
For a thousand years in your eyes [are] like yesterday when it passes, or [like] a watch in the night.
"I declared the former things from {of old}, and they went out from my mouth. And I {announced} them suddenly; I acted, and they came [to pass],
"Indeed, please inquire of former generations, and consider {what their ancestors have found},
Therefore [although] God has overlooked the times of ignorance, he now commands all people everywhere to repent,
I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
"{O that I were} as [in] the months before, as [in] the days [when] God watched over me,
who delivered us from so great [a risk] of death, and will deliver [us], in whom we have put our hope that he will also deliver [us] again,
Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions. According to your loyal love remember me [if] you [will], for the sake of your goodness, O Yahweh.
who have deviated concerning the truth [by] saying the resurrection has already taken place, and they are upsetting the faith of some.
and to enlighten everyone [as to] what [is] the administration of the mystery hidden from the ages by God, who created all [things],
in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the ruler of the authority of the air, the spirit now working in the sons of disobedience,
There is neither remembrance of former generations, nor will there be remembrance of future generations.
to remember the words proclaimed beforehand by the holy prophets and the commandment of the Lord and Savior through your apostles,
Indeed, from [this] day I [am] the one, and no one can deliver from my hand. I perform, and who can {cancel it}?"
