Search the scriptures: for in them, ye think ye have eternal life; and they are they which testify of me. And yet will ye not come to me that ye might have life.

But the gift is not like as the sin. And the gift is not over one sin, as death came through one sin of one that sinned. For damnation came of one sin unto condemnation: But the gift came to justify from many sins. For if by the sin of one, death reigned by the means of one, much more shall they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life by the means of one; that is to say, Jesus Christ.
For by grace are ye made safe through faith, and that, not of yourselves: For it is the gift of God, and cometh not of works, lest any man should boast himself.
Likewise, ye men, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as unto them that are heirs also of the grace of life, that your prayers be not let.
According as his godly power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness through the knowledge of him that hath called us by virtue and glory:
He that believeth on the son, hath everlasting life. And he that believeth not the son, shall not see life: but the wrath of God abideth on him."
For God so loveth the world, that he hath given his only son, for the intent that none that believe in him should perish: But should have everlasting life.
Verily, verily I say unto you, He that heareth my words, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life: and shall not come into damnation, but is escaped from death unto life.
And this is the will of him that sent me: That every man which seeth the son, and believeth on him, have everlasting life. And I will raise him up at the last day."
These are written that ye might believe that Jesus is Christ the son of God. And that ye in believing ye might have life through his name.
for this cause was mercy given unto me, that Jesus Christ should first show on me all long patience, unto the example of them which shall, in time to come, believe on him unto eternal life.
He that loveth his life shall destroy it: And he that hateth his life in this world, shall keep it unto life eternal. If any man minister unto me, let him follow me: and where I am, there shall also my minister be. And if any man minister unto me, him will my father honour.
But strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Or else, what shall a man give, to redeem his soul again? Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words, among this adulterous and sinful generation: of him shall the son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his father with the holy angels."
When they heard this, they held their peace and glorified God, saying, "Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life."
Wherefore if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall live with him: remembering that Christ, once raised from death, dieth no more. Death hath no more power over him. For as touching that he died, he died as concerning sin once. And as touching that he liveth, he liveth unto God.read more.
Likewise, imagine ye also, that ye are dead concerning sin: but are alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
