'Looked Up' in the Bible

and the cloud departed from the tabernacle. And behold, Miriam was become leprous, as it were snow. And when Aaron looked upon Miriam and saw that she was leprous,

And Moses brought out all the staves from before the LORD, unto all the children of Israel, and they looked upon them, and took every man his staff.

and lift up his eyes and looked upon Israel as he lay with his tribes, and the spirit of God came upon him.
