'Rule Over' in the Bible

And after you shall arise another kingdom lower than you, and another third kingdom of bronze, which shall rule over all the earth.

So he shall act in the fortresses of the strongholds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge. He shall multiply in glory, and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for a price.
