When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.

And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born.

So that the multitude wondered, when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they glorified the God of Israel.

And when his disciples came to the other side, they had forgotten to take bread.

Which when Jesus perceived, he said unto them, O you of little faith, why reason you among yourselves, because you have brought no bread?

When Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?

And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, except Jesus only.

And when they came to the multitude, there came to him a certain man, kneeling down to him, and saying,

And when they came to Capernaum, they that received tribute money came to Peter, and said, Does not your teacher pay tribute?

He said, Yes. And when he came into the house, Jesus preceded him, saying, What think you, Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers?

However, lest we should offend them, go to the sea, and cast a hook, and take up the fish that first comes up; and when you have opened its mouth, you shall find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and you.

And when he had begun the reckoning, one was brought unto him, who owed him ten thousand talents.
