And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will in man.


and they sang as it were a new song before the throne and before the four animals and the elders; and no one could learn that song but the hundred and forty-four thousand, who were redeemed from the earth.

saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, who art and wast, and art to come because thou hast taken to thee thy great power and hast reigned.


And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and of the animals and of the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to take power and riches and wisdom and strength and honour and glory and blessing.

And all the angels stood round about the throne and about the elders and the four animals; and they fell upon their faces before the throne and worshipped God, saying, Amen: The blessing and the glory and the wisdom and the thanksgiving and the honour and the power and the might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.

And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his slaves and ye that fear him, both small and great.





Now it came to pass at thirty years, in the fourth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the river of Chebar, that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.


Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the land that is very far off.


And that likeness put forth his hand and took me by the locks of my head; and the Spirit lifted me up between the heaven and the earth and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looks toward the north where the habitation of the image of jealousy was, which provokes to jealousy.




Do ye thus repay the LORD, O foolish and unwise people? Is he not thy father that has possessed thee? He made thee and established thee.





Is he the God of the Jews only? Is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also,





Doubtless thou art our father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel not acknowledge us; thou, O LORD, art our father; our everlasting Redeemer is thy name.




and blessed the LORD before all the congregation; and David said, Blessed be thou, LORD God of Israel our father, for ever and ever.



After this I saw, and, behold, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations and kindreds and peoples and tongues stood before the throne and before the Lamb clothed with long white robes and palms in their hands

And I heard as it were the voice of a great company and as the voice of many waters and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Halelu-JAH; for the Lord God almighty reigns.

And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and of the animals and of the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

but ye are come unto Mount Sion and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,


A river of fire issued and came forth from before him; thousands of thousands served him, and ten thousands of ten thousands stood before him; the Judge sat down, and the books were opened.




He that comes from above is above all; he that is of the earth is earthly and speaks earthly things: he that comes from heaven is above all.


Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would surely love me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither did I come of myself, but he sent me.

Now we understand that thou knowest all things and needest not that anyone should ask thee; by this we believe that thou didst come forth from God.

And he said unto them, Ye are from below, I am from above; ye are of this world, I am not of this world.


To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the congregation the manifold wisdom of God,

which operated in the Christ, raising him from the dead and setting him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,










After this I saw, and, behold, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations and kindreds and peoples and tongues stood before the throne and before the Lamb clothed with long white robes and palms in their hands




in testimony of the just judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer,


Then shall the King say unto those on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world; for I was hungry, and ye gave me food; I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger, and ye took me in;

And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples and said, Blessed are the poor, for yours is the kingdom of God.











But he, being full of the Holy Spirit, looked up steadfastly into heaven and saw the glory of God and Jesus standing on the right hand of God and said, Behold, I see the heavens opened and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.


but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust corrupt and where thieves do not break through nor steal;




Notwithstanding, rejoice not in this, that the spirits are subject unto you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in the heavens.


that ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Even more than he who is given over to wine, the transposer, the proud man, shall not remain, who enlarges his desire as Sheol and is as death and cannot be satisfied, but gathered unto him all the Gentiles and heaps unto him all the peoples;


Withdraw thy foot from thy neighbour's house lest he be weary of thee and so hate thee.

But Jesus suffered him not but said unto him, Go home to thy friends and family and tell them what great things the Lord has done with thee and how he has had mercy on thee.

and to give you, who are troubled, rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with the angels of his power,
