And God will say, Lo, I gave to you every green herb scattering seed which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree in which is the fruit of a tree scattering seed; to you it shall be for food.

No shrub of the field
It will produce thorns and thistles for you, but you will eat the grain of the field.

And the thin ears of grain swallowed up the seven good ears of grain. And I told the magicians, but there was none to explain [it] to me."
The seven good cows are seven years, and the seven good ears are seven years; the [two] dreams are one [and the same].
The seven thin and ugly cows that came up after them are seven years; and also the seven thin ears, dried up and scorched by the east wind, they are seven years of famine and hunger.
Seven years are coming in which there will be great wealth of grain in Egypt;
And let them gather all the food of those good years that come, and lay up corn under the hand of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities.
And Joseph gathered corn as the sand of the sea, very much, until he left numbering; for it was without number.

And he said, Behold, I have heard that there is corn in Egypt: get you down thither, and buy for us from thence; that we may live, and not die.
And Joseph's ten brethren went down to buy corn in Egypt.
And the sons of Israel came to buy corn among those that came: for the famine was in the land of Canaan.
And Joseph, he was the governor over the land he it was that sold the corn to all the people of the land. And Joseph's brethren came and bowed down to him, the face to the earth.
When Joseph saw his brothers, he recognized them, but he pretended to be a stranger to them and spoke to them harshly. He asked, "Where do you come from?" They answered, "From the land of Canaan, to buy grain for food."
But they exclaimed, "No, my lord! Your servants have come to buy grain for food!
If ye be true men, let one of your brethren be bound in the house of your prison: go ye, carry corn for the famine of your houses:
Then Joseph commanded to fill their sacks with corn, and to restore every man's money into his sack, and to give them provision for the way: and thus did he unto them.
And they laded their asses with the corn, and departed thence.
And the man, the lord of the land, said unto us, Hereby shall I know that ye are true men: leave one of your brethren with me, and take grain for the famine of your houses, and go your way;
And when they took the grain out of their bags, it was seen that every man's parcel of money was in his bag; and when they and their father saw the money, they were full of fear.
And it came to pass, when they had eaten up the corn which they had brought out of Egypt, their father said unto them, Go again, buy us a little food.
Take double the [amount of] money with you, and take back the money that was returned in the opening of your sacks; perhaps it was an oversight.
Then the men took the present, and they took double the [amount of] money with them, and Benjamin; then they left and went down to Egypt and stood before Joseph.
When we came to the place where we lodged for the night and opened our bags of grain, each one’s money was at the top of his bag!
And put my cup, the silver cup, in the sack's mouth of the youngest, and his corn money. And he did according to the word that Joseph had spoken.
For these two years have been years of need, and there are still five more years to come in which there will be no ploughing or cutting of grain.
And to his father he sent after this manner; ten asses laden with the good things of Egypt, and ten she asses laden with corn and bread and meat for his father by the way.
And Joseph gathered up all the money that was found in the land of Egypt, and in the land of Canaan, for the corn which they bought: and Joseph brought the money into Pharaoh's house.
And Joseph said, Give me your cattle; I will give you grain in exchange for your cattle if your money is all gone.
And when the grain is cut, you are to give a fifth part to Pharaoh, and four parts will be yours for seed and food, and for your families and your little ones.

And Jehovah will say to Moses, Stretch forth thy hand toward the heavens, and there shall be hail upon all the land of Egypt, upon man and upon quadruped, and upon the green herb of the field in the land of Egypt
And through all the land of Egypt the ice-storm came down on everything which was in the fields, on man and on beast; and every green plant was crushed and every tree of the field broken.
But the wheat and the rie were not smitten: for they were not grown up.

And the altar of burnt offering he placed [at] the entrance of the tabernacle of the tent of assembly, and he offered on it the burnt offering and the grain offering, as Yahweh had commanded Moses.
" 'When a person brings a grain offering to Yahweh, his offering must be finely milled flour, and he must pour out oil on it and place frankincense on it.
The remainder of the grain [offering] {belongs to} Aaron and to his sons--{it is a most holy thing} from the offerings made by fire for Yahweh.
" 'But if you bring a grain offering of something oven-baked, [it must be of] finely milled flour [as] ring-shaped unleavened bread [mixed] with oil or wafers of unleavened bread smeared with oil.
If your offering [is] a [grain] offering [baked] on a flat baking pan, it must be finely milled flour, unleavened bread mixed with oil;
break it into pieces and pour out oil on it; it [is] a grain [offering].
