'Of the World' in the Bible

Again, the adversary taketh him with him, into an exceeding high mountain, - and pointeth out to him all the kingdoms of the world, and their glory;

That the blood of all the prophets which hath been shed from the foundation of the world, may be sought out, from this generation, -

For, after all these things, do, the nations of the world, seek, - but, your Father, knoweth that ye need these things.

I manifested thy name, unto the men whom thou gavest me out of the world: Thine, they were, and, to me, thou gavest them, and, thy word, have they kept:

Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?

And they who are dwelling upon the earth whose name is not written upon the book of life from the foundation of the world, will be astonished, when they see the wild-beast, because it was, and is not, and shall be present.
