On the fifth day of the month, which was the fifth year of king Jehoiachin's captivity,

For every one of the house of Israel, or of the stranger that sojourns in Israel, who separates himself from me, and sets up his idols in his heart, and puts the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and comes to a prophet to inquire of him concerning me; I the LORD will answer him by myself:

Go you one way or the other, either on the right hand, or on the left, wherever your face is set.

Therefore, behold, I will open the side of Moab from the cities, from its cities which are on its frontiers, the glory of the country, Beth-jeshimoth, Baal-meon, and Kiriathaim,

It came to pass also in the twelfth year, on the fifteenth day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

And it came to pass in the twelfth year of our captivity, in the tenth month, on the fifth day of the month, that one that had escaped out of Jerusalem came unto me, saying, The city is smitten.

In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, on the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after the city was captured, on the very same day the hand of the LORD was upon me, and brought me there.

And the little chambers of the gate eastward were three on this side, and three on that side; the three were of one measure: and the posts had one measure on this side and on that side.

Four tables were on this side, and four tables on that side, by the side of the gate; eight tables, on which they slew their sacrifices.

And the four tables were of hewn stone for the burnt offering, a cubit and a half long, and a cubit and a half wide, and one cubit high: on which also they laid the instruments with which they killed the burnt offering and the sacrifice.

The altar of wood was three cubits high, and its length two cubits; and its corners, and its length, and its walls, were of wood: and he said unto me, This is the table that is before the LORD.

For the length of the chambers that were on the outer court was fifty cubits: while those facing the temple were a hundred cubits.

And you shall give to the priests, the Levites, that are of the descendants of Zadok, who approach unto me, to minister unto me, says the Lord GOD, a young bullock for a sin offering.

But if he gives a gift of his inheritance to one of his servants, then it shall be his to the year of liberty; afterward it shall return to the prince: but his inheritance shall be his sons', for them.

In the four corners of the court there were courts joined of forty cubits long and thirty wide: these four corners were of the same measure.
