The great God that formed all things both rewardeth the fool, and rewardeth transgressors.

A stone is heavy, and the sand weighty; but a fool's wrath is heavier than both.

The poor and the deceitful man meet together: the LORD enlighteneth both their eyes.

Yes, better is he than both they, who hath not yet been, who hath not seen the evil work that is done under the sun.

Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.

And fear not them who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

For the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, neither angel, nor spirit: but the Pharisees confess both.
