The voice of Yahweh calls to the city ([it is] sound judgment to fear your name): "Hear, staff! Now who has appointed it?
They will lick the dust like the serpent, like the crawling things of the earth. They will come trembling from their strongholds to Yahweh our God. Let them fear and be afraid of you.

standing {far off} because of the fear of her torment, saying, "Woe, woe, the great city, Babylon the powerful city, because in one hour your judgment has come!"
The merchants of these [things], who became rich from them, will stand {far off}, weeping and mourning because of the fear of her torment,
And a voice came out from the throne, saying, "Praise our God all his slaves, and those who fear him, the small and the great!"
