There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them: the same became mighty men, who were of old, men of renown.

Then he made him that remaineth have dominion over the nobles among the people: the LORD made me have dominion over the mighty.

Then were the horse's hoofs broken by the means of the prancings, the prancings of their mighty ones.

Woe to us! Who shall deliver us out of the hand of these mighty Gods? these are the Gods that smote the Egyptians with all the plagues in the wilderness.

If thy father shall at all miss me, then say, David earnestly asked leave of me, that he might run to Beth-lehem his city: for there is a yearly sacrifice there for all the family.

The beauty of Israel is slain upon thy high places: how are the mighty fallen!
