Ye worship ye know not what; but we worship what we know: for salvation is from the Jews. But the time is coming, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth: for the Father requireth such worshippers of Him. God is a spirit, and they that worship Him, must worship in spirit and truth. Some indeed through envy and strife, and some also through good-will: the former preach Christ out of contention, not sincerely, thinking to add affliction to my bonds; the others out of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the gospel.

We are therefore ambassadors for Christ, and as God exhorteth you by us, we intreat you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
