'For This Cause' in the Bible
For this cause shall a man leave father and mother and cleave unto his wife, and they shall be one flesh.
Yet in very deed for this cause have I stirred thee up, for to show my power in thee, and to declare my name throughout all the world.
For this cause will I give thanks unto thee, O LORD, among the gentiles, and sing praises unto thy name. {TYNDALE: And therefore I will praise thee O LORD among the heathen, and will sing unto thy name.}
For this cause shall the wrath of the LORD of Hosts fall upon the land, and the people shall be consumed, as it were with fire: no man shall spare his brother,
